By the light of his lantern, your guide will entertain and horrify you with tales of poltergeists, plagues, public executions, and murders. Experience the past brought back to life as you smell, taste, and see what medieval Stockholm might have been like.

Perfect weather for an evening walk through the old town area Our guide Cody was very entertaining with lot’s of stories to tell. The pace was reasonably brisk. Only downside was just too many people on the tour !

Phenomenal tour. Christopher struck the perfect balance between history and theater in this tour and I couldn’t be happier. Nice wander around old town, a visit to the crypt, and followed up with a very tasty dinner! Do yourself a favor and book this tour!

I would like to share my honest experience. Initially, I was not particularly excited about booking the tour; however, once I met Chris, my perspective completely changed. He was extremely positive, engaging, and had a great sense of humor, which made the entire experience truly enjoyable.

It was a great walk through the old town of Stockholm with our guide Christoph. He told us a lot of famous and interesting stories about the history of the town. His kind of story telling was very impressiv. Whenever you have the possibility to book the Ghost Tour do it. You learn so many exciting stories about Schwedish history!

This was a fun way to spend the evening in Stockholm. Our guide Rhys was knowledgeable and quite the showman. I do agree with other reviews that the tour is more history leaning than the supernatural but this is the perfect tour if you like both these things.

The directions we were given for this ghost tour took us to a locked door. We arrived 15 minutes early so we knocked & were patient. A half hour later a woman answered, & once discovering we were here for the English speaking tour she apologized & said that we must’ve accidentally been given the wrong tour directions. Because this happened we were considered a ‘no show’ and our monies were not returned to us. Viator did not respond to my texts that night or since then. So this is what I’ve had to resort to. Hopefully anyone reading this will reconsider booking ANY Viator tours.

I found this tour to be underwhelming. There wasn’t much historical depth, and it lacked engaging stories, interesting details, or memorable insights that would make the experience stand out.
Overall, it didn’t feel particularly informative or captivating. You could easily skip this one without missing much.

We did enjoy this experience, it was a bit more historical than ghostly. Much of the historical we got more in-depth from a day walking tour so maybe others got more from it.
The highlight was the trip into the crypts of the German church and the related stories. Our tour guide was lively and entertaining.
We had a good time and would still recommend.

It is told in a delightfully engaging manner by a master storyteller named Callum who engages his audience in the performance. I highly recommend the three-course meal option in the wonderful restaurant that follows the tour.
