- We recommend that you plan your trip so that you arrive at the airport at least 1.5 hours before flight departure if you are travelling abroad and 1 hour before departure if you are travelling within the country.

- Since luggage space inside the coach is very limited, only one (1) small piece of hand luggage per traveler is allowed to be carried on the bus. The maximum measurement for luggage allowed inside the coach is 40x30x20 cm (this only applies to coaches with luggage space below). Larger suitcases and bulky items such as surfboards, ski equipment and alike are permitted in the lower luggage compartment as long as space is available. Bicycles are allowed on board at no charge when space permits. The bicycle must be packed in protective wrapping.

I need a refund for my ticket the operator didn’t accept the issued ticket. Asking me for a qrcode and the one it was issued to me is invalid.

the driver refused to honor it and told me I had to buy another ticket to ride the flygbyssarna airport coach. I still haven't gotten a refund from viator. I'm increasingly fed up with this site. they don't refund anything, and if you dispute it with your credit card company instead, they send you a threatening email.

We put our bags on the coach, which was the same one as dropped us off, same style, colour, same name of company that dropped us off but the barcode didn’t work. He could see it was a valid ticket but still said we couldn’t get on. Very stressful as we had to get a plane from the Airport on top of being in a foreign country. After a third conversation he could see it all matched & let us on. Not sure what we would’ve done if not.

The operators of this Arlanda Airport Bus Transfer, Flygbussama, refuse to accept the prepaidViator/Tripadvisor issued ticket. Viator instructs that "YOU MUST PRINT THIS TICKET" and bring it and that "Mobile tickets will not be accepted" However, the bus operator only accepts a mobile QR code, which was not provided.

What can I say? You have to walk to the train station to catch the bus, so if you're far from it, you still have to haul your... to get there. It did take me to the airport on time though.

About a 10 minute walk from our hotel to the bus station. Buses every 10 minutes to the airport. Excellent value.

Easy coach bus pickup at Central Bus Terminal with departures every 10mins. Takes about 45-50mins to reach terminals and is very affordable.

Just as easy to purchase there or even on the bus. Same price as well. In fact, my voucher 'did not work' but the bus driver took it anyway even though it looked like it wasn't in the system. Luckily was not a hassle, but could have been.

The actual ride was fine very efficient and excellent value. The problem came when I went to the ticket desk to present my voucher. Having experienced a problem with the electronic voucher on my inbound journey I made sure to print my voucher for the return at my hotel. To no avail, again I was told.. we cant take that, the numbers are wrong on the bar code. Then I was told to ask outside. Again the driver refused but the baggage handler, who must outrank the driver, took pity on me and told the driver to let me on. I would not buy this transfer again.

They had problems to recognize our voucher and had to ask several people whether it is valid for this bus or another one. Finally they accepted it. The same happened when we went back. People were very friendly and at Stockholm Central Station they pointed us to the right bus right from the beginning

This was my 3rd time using the Viator transfers. This one was the most trouble, the others were great. The instructions for after you collect your luggage were vague. If you need the correct info the bus to catch is from stop 6a. which is to the left as you walk out of the airport. I will use Viator transfers again, however I will only use the shuttle service where you get taken straight to your hotel.
When you arrive at City Terminal, its a short walk to the T-bana stop called T-Centralen. Just so you don't get confused. you have 3 buildings all close together. City Terminal, then over the road Central Station, then just a short walk away t- Centralen T bana stop.

No problem with the voucher being recognized by the driver. Buses are right where you come out and easily recognized by the rain bow logo . Airport is far out so this bus is the best value available.
