We were never picked up at the port. Waited for over 2 hours and had to walk back to boat for shuttle to center of city. No one answered email. Once arriving the first people from strummer said the green bus was not running this day but we could ride the other bus. Disappointed we lost three hours because of the lack of communication.

There were 4 adults and 3 kids in our group. It was a great way to see the city from the water and get to the main attractions. The tour supplier helped me out about my questions promptly. People who worked on the boat were very nice and helpful.
We enjoyed our stops and enjoyed the landmarks of Stockholm.

I paid for 72 hr pass! I arrived late because of airline delay. It was for a 72 hour pass.I tried to check in and was told too late your time has passed! No pass no refund nothing!

It was fun to hop on and off and ride the entire route to see the city via the waterway. They were prompt and courtesies. The boats are named after popular ABBA songs!

Best way to get around many of Stockholms sites and view the beautiful scenery. Bought a 72 hour pass was worth the money the only thing to watch out for is the pass expires from Apple Wallet after the 1st day but was able to pull it up and screen shot. That is an apple issue and not Viator.

This was a delightful way for us to see Stockholm as first-timers. The Stromma Company operates HOHO bus & boat. Their green bus is at the cruise ship terminal, and shuttles us to the downtown stop to connect with their red bus. Their red busses take the routes all around town. There is another red bus line which is not part of this company (and does not go to the cruise ship or hop-on boats.) We really enjoyed staying on the bus (2 hours for entire route) and then hopped on the boat to see the city areas from the water. We stayed for all the boat stops (about 1 hour) as it was a gorgeous ride. There is definitely a wait for the bus stops but the city of Stockholm is so lovely we didn't mind one bit.

Has a recorded narrative which is ok but not live. Basically hood transportation but the only run one boat so it only hits each stop once every hours so you have to time it also doesn’t start til
1015 and museums open at 10.

The Hop on Hop off Boat is by far the best way to see & get around in Stockholm! We started @ the Vasa Museum & then over to the Old Town followed by the Newer Part of Stockholm. Just wish we had more time there. So much to see in this Beautiful City! The Boat Driver & her Helper were very Helpful & delightful to talk to! Alpharetta, Ga. Friends

The best way to customize you day in Stockholm go at your own speed take in all that Stockholm has to offer. Museums and other attractions... This will give you plenty of time to see the VASA museum and also take in lunch there is so much to see you'll want to stay ... but if your time is limited this is the tour fo you!

No where long enough in Stockholm fantastic city, The Hop-On Hop-Off boat was a great way to see the whole city briefly then go and investigate each stop in more detail at your own pace, loved the old Quarter Must have Swedish meatballs there!!!!

Very relaxing but amazing tour. I could enjoy the freedom by exploring the cities and different islands alone, but with a secure feeling with the frequent boating schedule. All the signs are easy to find. All islands are in green with signature buildings or churches. Recommended

This is a great way to travel around the city center, especially on warm summer days. The boats stop at very popular destinations and is easy to get on and off. Again, an excellent way to see the city during the summer, I am not sure a taxi wouldn't be a better way to get around during the winter

I wouldn't say this tour was what I expected. The map makes it look like a much bigger route. The first boat we got onto wasn't even kitted out with a sound system. The second boat had the audio system but nobody pointed out the headphones as we got on.
I don't think it was really worth the money.

Good way to get to the museums, etc. Just be sure to be at the dock ahead of time, as the boat will not wait.

I found this tour to be a great way of seeing Stockholm -in my view the best way to see any city is from the water. The pick up point was a short walk from where my cruise ship was berthed-very convenient . I enjoyed the experience so much on a Saturday that I did it twice! Stops are convenient to the Royal Palace , old town , Vasa Museum etc . My only criticism is that the boat tour only seems to operate from about 10am to 4 pm

The boat was good and informative. However the boat didn't start its tour until after 10:00am and finished at 04:00pm. We would have had more time to look at everything at each of the stops if the boat ran for a longer time. Visiting the museum with the ship Vasa was brilliant.

The trip was great once we convinced the guy that we did actually pay for it. I tried to save paper and use the app and or passbook but it was futile. They had no way of reading our vouchers. So if you use this I recommend printing out your vouchers prior to your trip.

Great and convenient way of getting around in Stockholm, takes you to all main attractions, Vasa, Castle and Skeppsholm. It also has a pick-up place at the Viking and Cruise ship terminal and can be combined with hop-on- hop- off bus tour. The tour takes less than an hour, so suits also for those with little time. Price is good. The downside were, that some of the boat had no outside deck and it was pretty hot inside. I got the tickets from Viator webpage, the companys own webpage did not work.
