Robert was so intense and bossy, no sand, drinks, food in the van… mind you we were going to a beach. It was a private tour, but we felt like we were in Boot Camp. Our teenage kids were intimidated by him. We wanted to do a bit of shopping for our last hour and would still be returning to our boat early. We all found jewelry that had to be sized and needed ten minutes. He told us we were taking advantage of him and said we better leave him a big tip. I should have left him nothing extra, but did give him $50. He looked at me, rolled his eyes and waved me off in dismissal. WOW!!!

Hi Megan, We apologize for the experience you had with your excursion. I don't need to clarify things to give you a better understanding. One you did not book a private tour. You booked an excursion to the beach. A private tour includes shopping and island tour. Robert usually is very nice and accommodating to our guests, we will speak to him about his behavior. He probably felt frustrated by the fact he stopped to provide you a shopping experience, which wasn't included in your excursion. A private tour cost more than what you paid for. Thank again for your understanding.

I had a very nice time visiting this beach. I enjoyed the weather, water and the beach. I was able to snorkel and see so many different fish. I hope to visit again sometime.
