What To Expect
After morning pickup, your tour begins with an air-conditioned bus ride along the east coast of St. Lucia to Treetop Adventure Park. During the journey, your guide provides information and entertainment and then helps you check in when you arrive at the site.
Hydrate for your ziplining experience with provided juice and bottled water (other drinks available at your own expense), and then head to the preparation area to be outfitted with your harness, helmet, and gloves and receive a safety briefing. When everyone is ready, head to the course to start your exploration of the rain forest via 12 ziplines, 20 platforms, one net bridge, and four hiking trails. There is staff on each platform to help you, if needed. The course takes about one hour to complete, after which you'll return to the prep area to remove your equipment.
Enjoy a short break to relax and take in the lush environment, and then board the bus for the ride back to your pickup location, stopping once along the way for a photo op.

We had never done this before and it was beautiful! Be prepared for some exercise, more than you may expect. 😄 There are rope bridges and quite a bit of stairs. The guides were great! They will ask for your phones....let them have it! They took great pictures and videos for us!

A great experience of zip lining at Treetop Adventure Park. They offer a variety of fun activities, but we just did the 12 ziplines. They are not the longest, fastest, or highest in the world, but they go through beautiful forested areas and it's a great way to experience a bit of adrenaline without being at truly insane heights/speeds. Like many reviews said, some guides were less than enthusiastic, but we are very social and chatted with the family in our group, so that did not take away from our experience. We did have to walk up some stairs, so if you have more severe mobility issues, it could be problematic, but considering there is almost no flat terrain in St. Lucia, we were surprised at how little we had to climb up. In Google Maps, eventually it says you've arrived when you haven't - just keep going (like many places in St Lucia), and it will be there shortly after.
All around a fun, safe, and thrilling experience. What a beautiful way to see the rainforest!

Greg picked us up from Secrets and was a 75 minute ride to the park. Very informative tour each way by the driver. Greg’s bus is new and had clean seating and good ac. Once we arrived and got fitted in the gear the crew and park was awesome! The crew members kept up with our phone and captured plenty of videos and pictures. The crew members also used our phones and videoed between stations capturing the scenes. The hamburger lunch following the zip line was good. All in for the trip we were last to be picked up on the bus and 1st off. A group of around 15 I would say total. Was just over 5 hours from pick up to drop off for us. Great value and a good experience!

Had a great tour of the island on the way to and from the ziplining with our driver Greg, we learned a lot about the history of St Lucia and the natural wonders of the island. Once we got to the ziplining course the staff were excellent, very friendly and attentive and they helped us the whole way along and even took great videos and pictures for us! We were then treated to a delicious late lunch and refreshments which we weren't expecting before saying thank you the hospitality and for welcoming us to the island. The course was great fun with water breaks between the course and the forest itself was spectacular! If you're reading this you won't be disappointed with the experience it was very well organised with great staff there to help along the way, great fun!

This park is excellent. The zip lines are so fun and the guides make everything easy. We had some confusion on our transport from Coconut Bay because we did not book directly with the resort. The driver wasn't sure if we were going to the right place. In hindsight, it would have been easier to book directly with resort but it all worked out in the end.

Do not miss this adventure. From pickup at our resort, through 12 thrilling zip lines and several canopy rope bridges, we were delighted by the experience. The staff are amazing ensuring safety and thrills.

Great guides and fabulous zip lines. Breathtaking views. Very professional and they even took our phones and got great video footage of us coming down the zip lines. We were also served lunch after completion of all 12 lines. The drive there was a bit of a nail biter with all the twists and turns. The van didn’t have strong A/C. We seemed to do better with the drive back. Great company and wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again.

The ziplines were fun, but the attitudes of the operators made it an unpleasant it was our first experience with ziplines, but the operators were very impatient and kept chastising instead of showing us the proper way. Not sure why they were in such a hurry as they all just sat around once we were done. Very high pressure with the tips as they kept reminding us they would keep us safe if we “took care of them”. I’m sure there are better ziplines on other islands.

The tour was amazing! From pick up, to drop off, the experienfe was quite enjoyable. Our tour guide Laura, as well as the zipline workers were very friendly and personable. On the ride up to the zipline site, we were given historical information about the island, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Once on site we were given some local harvest to taste, and it also came with lunch and a locak drink after the ziplining. However, If you have low endurance, maybe think twice about booking this. It is action packed and super fun, but requires moderatley good physical health. Some of the stairs and obstacles that your have to take to get to the other ziplining stations may tire out those who are not in shape. But even so, the company has water stations along the way inbetween ziplines to give you a hydration boost. I definitely recommend this tour 27/10!

Absolutely a must… this was a great adventure. We were picked up at the cruise port and transported to zip line. The workers made sure we were safe and they were very helpful.

We did the zip-line experience at Treetop. Our guide and driver picked us up from the North hotels. The guide, Lenora, was full of energy and make the longish drive on windy roads fun. The vehicle felt safe and the driver drove safely.
The zip lining was fanstastic. The pay alot of attention to safety so you never felt unsafe. The course was 12 lines which was about the right length. There are a number of steps up to platforms and you cross several rope bridges. If you are even in moderate shape you will have no problem. If you have knee problems it might be challenging since you have to land yourself on a platform. And make sure you have one strong wrist since you slow yourself down (some zip lines have a bumper system that stops you, this one does not). There is a bathroom at the main area of treetop and a locker since you cant take stuff with you.
The zip line guides were the best. They were fun, paid attention to safety, and one guide took one of our phones and took pictures of everything which was very cool since its probably better to leave your phone in the locker.
If we were here more days, we would go again!

This was a great tour. We were picked up from our AirBNB in Cap Estate and was greeted warmly by Lorna. Along the way she gave lots of history of St. Lucia that made the long ride enjoyable. Once at the park we had a great time ziplining with Martin & Jamie. They made it a lot of fun. It was my husband’s first time ziplining and he also enjoyed it. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we had a great time.

Very good zip line tour. The view was terrific and the guides were amazing. Long run and some fast runs. There are many steps to climb so not for people who are in poor physical condition.

The staff was superior!! completely engaged with participants, loads of fun! Def not for the faint of heart and you should be somewhat fit to do this adventure. There was lots of climbing stairs and walking across narrow rope bridges in between platforms. it was a full day for sure. The ride from the cruise port to the adventure park was about an hour. I wasn’t expecting that, but the experience was definitely worth the effort to get there. There were 12 full zip lines and you reach up to 30mph on some!

We had an incredible time! The ride there wasn’t long but our tour guide made the entire ride enjoyable with some wonderful St. Lucia trivia! Once we got there, every single person was welcoming and inviting! The zip lines were beautiful and fun and we loved that our tour guides took our phones to capture videos and pictures of us zip lining.

My son (15) and I did the ziplining. The communication before our expedition was excellent. They responded quickly and arranged when they would pick us up at the Harbor Club. They were right on time. It took over an hour to get to the park as we picked up other people. At the park, the process was organized and about 10 of us went with 3 guides. We had a lot of fun. I took my phone and was able to take pictures and videos. The guides would use my phone to take videos as well. We tipped the guides and the driver with ECDs. The only negative was that my helmet was not as clean as I would have liked.

Zip lining was fun. The folks who helped us stay safe, detach and attach were fun to hang with and made sure we were safe. Excellent adventure. We even made it back to boat in time to buy a few souvenirs. The ride up was beautiful and lots of interesting facts shared about St Lucia. Totally worth it.
