The experience was wonderful. It was the first and one of a kind experience for us. I must say it is not for persons who are afraid of heights. We arranged for the transportation to and from the Reserve for the additional cost and it was worth it! The tour operator, Ericker, was prompt in answering our inquiry about booking transportation to and from the Reserve. The cost was very affordable for the round trip. When we arrived the tour conductor was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the rainforest. The tour conductor pointed out numerous birds and plants to the group. The weather was great and the pace of the Tram was good allowing for pictures. After the Tram ride, the group was given the option of a hike of the rainforest or a tour through the garden. Our group opted for the garden tour. This allowed for a close up view of numerous plants found in the rainforest. We learnt about the properties of the different plants. We ended our tour at the gift shop. We got some locally made hot sauce, guava cheese and tamrind balls.

Insanely overpriced. Beautiful place, but the tour itself definitely not worth 170 USD for 2 ppl. They could’ve at least have transport included or drinks on arrival, or make that price do some justice.

View on return looking over ocean was lovely. Other than that rather boring . We saw very little wildlife, four butterflies, half a dozen birds that we saw around the hotel. Lush vegetation with very little colour. Lengthy hanging around when we arrived on time. The aerial tram stops and starts throughout the journey. A very expensive outing.

Whole experience was dry and could use something to grab your attention throughout the tour. Host barely interacted , told us about the trees, etc but not enough history given! It was slow and relaxing I fell alseep 3 times in a matter of an hour.
People were not as friendly in the store
Picture (we bought $10us) and as NOT a digital and looked nothing like the screen to make selection, it was printed on cheap photo paper not even gloss paper smh.
Needs more substance! Maybe music vibes something.
PS we weren’t given any instructions prior to getting on tram but the gentleman who told us get on was nice

We enjoyed the tram ride experience. The operator was very well informed and interesting. The forest was beautiful and lush. The weather kept many birds from showing up, unfortunately. Overall, a very nice, educational experience!

The tour was well organised and the guide we had Lyndon who was very knowledgeable about the plants and the varius creatures that live in the rainforest. He provided the humour which helped to put everyone at ease. The views were amazing and the slow movement of the tram allowed you to really take in the beauty of your surroundings.. We also enjoyed the short trek in the rainforest fter the tram. We met some interesting creatures along the way!

We only did the team. It was beautiful and calm. Very slow. Good tour guide but not sure I’d recommend driving all the way and doing JUST the tram. We didn’t do the trail or zip line because it rained and I’m pregnant. Cool experience for kids.

Floating at the tree tops was very peaceful and beautiful. Lyndon was a great guide with a sense of humor. He also took us on a trail walk and pointed out the different type of flowers and trees. Tip: in order to go on the walk you must wear closed toes foot wear.

The aerial tram was very nice and informative. We are glad we got to do this and would do it again.
The only negative thing we have to say about this experience is that transportation is not included and it was $75 each way to the rainforest ($150 in just the taxi)
My only suggestion for this event would be to provide transportation for this event. Where there is no surprises like a $150 taxi ride on top of the excursion price!!!

Our guide, Irwin, was very knowledgeable about the rain forest and was readily able to answer or questions about everything that has to do with the rainforest. It was a very calming ride to the top and back.

This tour is fantastic.
A guide with your party the whole time, who are friendly and very informative.
60 minutes on the tram.
25 minutes on the trail.
Nice gift shop and cafe area.
Able to purchase photos of selves on the tram.
We arranged transport from the port with them that was paid on arrival at the venue. $20 each.
Saw lots of hummingbirds.
Didn't do the zip lines but they looked great.

The tram tour was very informative. Our guide answered all the questions we had about the flora and fauna of the rainforest. The tram ride was sunnier than we expected, so be sure to wear your sunscreen. We didn't see as many birds as we hoped, but our tour was at 10 AM so it was a bit late for birding. The insects during the tram ride weren't too bad, but they were everywhere when walking through the garden onsite, which is to be expected in a rainforest. Bug spray didn't seem to do any good, so be sure you have some itch relief stuff or wear long clothing to protect yourself.

The actual aerial cart and being in the rainforest was easily 5 stars. The environment is stunning and it is so peaceful and wholesome being so far up in the trees. We met a couple of nice staff along the way however the thing that really brought the experience down for me was the ignorance and judgemental nature of the staff. My son is 5 years old and autistic and the staff were talking and laughing at him.
The guide took it upon herself to share this information with me claiming ‘all the staff were saying he looks like a little girl because he tiptoes’.
I was surprised she would share this information and I advised her my son is autistic and this is why he tiptoes.
When we arrived staff stood around in the number of around 20 doing absolutely nothing but staring at me and my children and according to the guides admission, talk about us. It put a dampener on the experience.
In addition the guide spoke about the texture of my children’s hair claiming her children’s hair is far more Indian and it was just another marker outright ignorance and rudeness.
I recommend that the staff resource is utilized more efficiently since it’s discomforting to arrive and have 20 staff standing around doing nothing, but judging and talking about guests. In addition, I think they could benefit from customer service and disability awareness training.
Unfortunately getting on was also an issue, there was severe delays. We were 10 minutes late but had to wait 45 minutes to get on our aerial cart since apparently we was waiting for another couple to arrive before getting on. They never arrived. Shame they couldn’t use some of those 20 staff to facilitate our tour!
After complaining, our guide got us on within five minutes but it was just negative point after negative point for me. The service overall was not good.
At the end of the tour we were advised we could receive complimentary soft drinks the tickets I was given at the start for the soft drinks were tiny, I couldn’t locate them. It had been raining heavily, we’d wired so long to get on this should have been the silver line. But the bar tender insisted I find them and I ended up emptying my entire bag, meanwhile my guide come over and advised this was not necessary and they would just give me the drinks. The smug bar tender smirking! Since she was adamant I needed the tickets. It just felt ridiculous by this point. Overall, my guide was nice, and knowledgeable I tipped my guide 25EC and would have tipped more if she hadn’t openly spouted such ignorance.
