It was great. Not hard to hike to y tree waterfall and Crystal our tour guide was very intelligent and knowledgable of the history of St.Lucia and plants and flowers in the rainforest. And she was comical as well . Her partner was very helpful wth the hike and took some of the group climbing up the waterfall and knowledable as well . I definately reccommend this tour

My 13 yr old son and my 78 yr old husband loved it! Wear water shoes, bug spray and sunscreen, and bring a full water bottle. Great way to spend several hours. Ended at a great beach, too. Highly recommend.

I’d highly recommend this tour. Beautiful hike to the waterfall and brief trip to get there. Kelvin, the tour guide was awesome! Very personable and knowledgeable! I learned so much about the history of the island! An awesome team from the driver to the guy we picked up along the route who assisted! A nice family-oriented tour! I went solo but met a multi-generational family on the tour. Great vibes!

Short Hike to a Waterfall

It’s a simple and short hike to a waterfall that we were able to stand under to get the full experience. Our guide, Zara, gave us a great history of the island along the way to the waterfall and another guide taught us about about the native plants along the hike. Great value!

The tour guide was great! We enjoyed the waterfalls but did not get much time there as there were so many people. Make sure you understand what you are getting on your tour. I was lead to believe we would be stopping by the Church so that my grandsons could see inside the church. We just drove by. I was lead to believe that we would be stopping be a plantation with a chance to sample fruit. We stopped by a road side stand and paid to much for a couple of bananas & some banana chips. I would like to thank our tour guide for taking good care of us when the truck we were riding in broke down.

Tour guide was horrible, over sexual, pushy about tips, racist remarks

We had Trudy as the tour guide. She was extremely offensive to the point my wife stopped talking after 10 minutes into the ride. She told my wife she had "nice tits" she called another young girl "big booty girl" and said the the Hispanic gentleman he "didnt look like a typical mexican construction worker" she was loud and obnoxious THE ENTIRE TRIP. she also started reminding us after the first 20 minutes she expected a huge tip and to "break out the 100$ bills". She also made regular comments about us being white.. she threatened to remove a hat from a passenger that had a trump logo on it. the actual driver was fantastic, the little nature walk and water falls were gorgeous, thw waterfall guide was amazing.. Trudy ruined the entire experience for my wife and I..

While the drive back is a little warm, the journey is worth the adventure! Best tour guides, driver, and great fun for the kids. The knowledge shared about local plants and opportunities to taste various fruits made the hike great fun for the kids. The waterfall was beautiful and so much better than the overly populated one on other tours. Edward and Jonathan were a great team!

We had a fun journey to the falls on the open back jeep. Lots of twisting roads and steep inclines. Our driver was competent and friendly. Lulu our guide was chatty and informative. She made the trip very enjoyable pointing out things of interest along the way. The short hike ( walk) to the waterfall was very picturesque. The local guide who joined us was extremely helpful and kind with those less mobile making sure everyone was safe. The falls were lovely and we enjoyed the refreshing experience of standing under the main fall for a power shower and cooling off. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our morning on this trip.

Rainforest hike

The traffic getting to and from the rainforest was crazy! An hour and a half to get there and an hour and a half to come back. We barely spent an hour in the rainforest. It was absolutely beautiful and the waterfall was beautiful. Our guide was great and The tour guides were awesome. However, we would have liked to spend a little bit longer in the rainforest as we felt, we were rushed.

The rain forest safari tour from Gros Islet was a great way to see the lush natural beauty of Saint Lucia's west coast. The open-air 4x4 vehicle allowed us to spot lots of local wildlife as we drove through the fruit plantations and forests. The highlight was definitely the Venus Estate Waterfall, where we had about 20 minutes to swim in the refreshing pools, snap photos of the cascades, and take in the tranquil scenery. The guides were friendly and knowledgeable, though I would have loved to have a bit more time to fully enjoy the waterfall area. Overall, a wonderful introduction to Saint Lucia's rainforest ecosystem!

the waterfall was absolutely beautiful and refreshing. the guides we very nice and made sure we were safe going thru the waters and rocks. very scenic. Wish i had better water shoes with a thicker bottom the rocks hurt your feet. wish we could have stayed a little longer. pictures took most of the time didn’t get to enjoy the refreshing water as i would have liked.

Something different but fun!

Walking through the rainforest and seeing the local trees, fruits and wildlife was so different to the beach. Walking through streams and seeing the natural waterfalls, bathing in the pool it was beautiful. Dee and Marley gave a very informative trip, took photographs of us and made it fun as we went along. We also visited the local town and ate Caribbean food made by the locals. It was a great outing. Thank you.

This was a fantastic trip and that was largely down to Marley our guide who was amazing. He is full of energy and music and full of interesting facts about the island. It really felt like a bespoke tour including a stop for amazing fried chicken. The hike is very pretty and the waterfall lived up to expectations. Definitely one of our highlights of St Lucia.

Loved it! This is not a strenuous hike at all but you must be able to climb. The true gem is the astounding beauty of the rainforest hike to the waterfalls with its natural pools. Awesome!!! From our guide, “Gio” who kept making sure that I was ok throughout the day to the guide(I can’t remember his name 🫣) who helped us climb each step of the way safely, I can’t thank you enough for a great day!! Our drivers were awesome as well. We were able to also tour the countryside including a small beautiful beach, a local neighborhood and church, drink rum punch, water or soda and partake in local shopping(brief/not mandatory), sample local almond nuts and observe all of the fruit trees!! Awesome day! 👏🏾 👏🏾 Thank you again!!!Do book this tour! You will love it 😍.

The rainforest was beautiful and the waterfall amazing and refreshing after the short hike. Our tour guide Lulu made this a wonderful experience. She shared her knowledge and her love of St. Lucia with us during the trip.
