This was one of the most difficult hiking tours I’ve ever had to do. The description should have called it a black diamond hike. And it says we get a picnic lunch, well we only got a ½ a glass of juice and a small muffin! This hike is not for the un experienced hiker!!!

when we looked into this tour the person we booked it with called the Capt. Sunshine tour to make sure we had enough time it was a 6 hour tour. We were on Land for 9 hours. Our cruise ship run into bad weather and we were one hour late. Got there at the meeting place at 9:30 am. I had called previously from the ship early in the morning to the company and told them that we would be a bit late. They said just come to the Casino, we will be there. When we got there we were told the group left at 8:15 and they did not have another guide to take us up the mountain. My children and I were very upset because now there was no way to plan another tour. We had the choice to go with the Cruise line tour but choose this one instead. Big mistake. Big 200.00 mistake. They did not care. They could have driven us to catch up with the group, but not enough people to help them with the customers. I don't understand why they agreed to this knowing the boat would not dock until 9am anyways so why leave even earlier. They had no intention to wait for us. One of The guys told us they like it when they have no cruise passengers, because it crunches their time since the ships leave at 6 pm.
