Great tour. With time to enjoy the beach. Our guide, Eric, was very accommodating since part of the group wanted to get back to the cruise before the schedule time. He took them back and then came back to pick up us at the indicated time.

Tour of city was very good and informative but then we were dumped at a scruffy beach bar in Frigate Bay for 3 hours in the rain!!! Ended up grabbing a taxi back to the boat as there was nothing to do or see in the rain. Driver should have offered something else in our eyes as dumping us there was clearly not appropriate at all. Very disappointed.......

This was the perfect little trip in St. Kitts. Saw just enough of the area quickly and then had plenty of beach time. The beach/bar they used had lots of lounge chairs and umbrellas. The food and drinks seemed expensive and the people around me said it took a long time to get the food, but I wan't planning on eating there so I had no issues.

Thanks for the wonderful review. Food can be expensive as we import most if our food. The tour is timed where you can. Have breakfast and lunch onboard.

This was most embarrassing tour ever. We signed up for a beach club stop. They tried to drop us at a shack place on a sketchy beach. Several guests spoke up and said NO we signed up for a beach club. Operator acted surprised and said oh ok. Drives us to the club all the way BACK to where we came from. Wasted time. He leaves us there. We are all standing at entrance and being told by club we are unauthorized and they know nothing about the tour. We handed phones with viator description etc. they had no idea. So because everyone was angry they did let us in and honored the $10 per chair rental rate. But it took about 20-30 min of heated discussions. It was completely embarrassing. We emailed / chatted viator and they decline refund saying they can't reach tour operator!!!! Well of course you can't. They did it without permission. They thought people would just get off at the crappy beach and not question it. Awful experience. And to not have company stand by and. Back it. Sad.

This is highly false comment. The beaches in st kitts are all public. No beach is unauthorized. The tour does not include chairs and umbrellas and this is clearly stated in the description of the tour.
Yes the driver made an error in the beach drop off. He is human and he mixed up a different tour we offer. We quickly corrected it and took you to the right place.
You are to pay to use the chairs and umbrellas. They are not free and included.
We did the tour of the city
We did the tour of rhe view point
We took you to the beach bar
We returned you safely to the port.
All this and this client wants a full refund because of a human error that took 5 minutes to correct. We think you are unreasonable.

Fantastic excursion! Eric was a great host as well as an ambassador for St Kitts. Toured the high points, went to the beach, and truly enjoyed Boozie’s Restaurant - try the pina colada, it’s heavenly.

Loved our driver Michelle, she was helpful and friendly with lots of great information shared about island life. The passenger van was clean and comfortable and air conditioned. The beach was great, the water was clear, and there are sea shells and tropical fish close to the shore that we could watch with our goggles.

Errington was an excellent tour guide. We were blessed to be the only ones on the tour and had a personal tour. He shared so much information about the island - schools, health care, government, showed us all around the island seeing different neighborhoods- airport - Timothy Hill etc. nice ride around the island and great time at the beach even got nice a massage on the beach for $40. Errington made this trip so pleasurable! Well worth the money!

The tour is very panoramic, passing places where only the information is said but there are no stops to get off and take photos. They only stop about 10 minutes at Timothy Hill, which I thought was a short time to appreciate the view and take pictures as it is the best point of all. Then on the beach if you give a lot of time, about 3 hours, which is a lot. Perhaps it would be nice if you considered giving less Beach time about 2.5 hours and more time to appreciate the other places.
