I found the trip well worth the price. What kind of breathtaking views! And big thanks to the host, Ivanka, who made the trip so pleasant. She is funny, well-organised, and approachable. She is passionate about Croatia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, and it shows when she speaks. The history was well told, and she made it sound fascinating. If you visit Croatia, whether it's Dubrovnik, or Split go for this trip. You will not regret it.

Mate was a great tour guide! you could tell that he was truly passionate about the history of Trogir and krka waterfalls.

We had a lovely trip to Krka, guided by Mia who is a wonderful and very informed guide. The walk through the park is really easy and beautiful, set on an elevated wooden plank trail, and has gorgeous views no matter the season. There are a wall of stairs to come out of the park to the meeting point at the end, so if you have limited mobility I would keep that in mind. We came in off season, so it was less crowded which was a bonus. Mia was so knowledgeable about not only Krka National park but also Croatia’s history and culture. Not to mention she is very funny and easy going and makes everyone feel welcomed.
The bus ride up to the park is around 30/1:00h depending on traffic so you get a good break after walking. Gorgeous views on the ride to the park, only thing we’d recommend for this trip that we were glad we did is bring a packed lunch (we brought sandwiches from a bakery in Split) as the food stalls In the park are limited and a tad on the pricier side (but not crazy expensive). Great day overall, with a great guide and we felt it was worth the price.

It’s a large group but leader was excellent and managed to handle it well! He was entertaining but had useful historical information!

Had a great experience with this team. Darijo, our tour guide, put in an extra effort to make the day flow easily, good fun and gave the option to join for guided walks/ museum visits if wanted but also gave you the option to do a self guided tour. Highly recommend this trip to the waterfalls it was straightforward and the waterfalls were very worth a visit!

When we arrived for checking in for our booking we got messed around by the company. They had overbooked and didn't have a spot for us (and another couple) on our tour which was very annoying. However they offered us the option to take a different tour which had an extra stop in Trogir so we did that, which ended up being great. Mate our tour guide was lovely, very informative and make a great day for everyone. Trogir was beautiful and we then spent time in Krka falls with a boat ride to Skradin and made our way back from there. It was a great day and I would recommend the tour we ended up taking. We had the perfect amount of time in each place.

We loved the day trip to Krka Park. Our tour guide was great! He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He gave us a tour of the museum in the park before letting us do whatever we decided. We did the on your own tour so that we could investigate and walk as much as we desired.

Nice guide, well organised, on-time, good communication, a lot of extra information on the way and in the park. Recommended trip !
Carrie_B, Aug 2025
Warning: tour advertises air conditioned transportation but this is not a guarantee. While that was the #1 selling point for our group of 9 adults, we rode over an hour (each direction) with no air conditioning and several of us ended up experiencing heat exhaustion and motion sickness.
The waterfalls were beautiful, as was expected, and the guide was fun and personable. But I would book with caution and check on the status of the AC!

Bring plenty of storage on your camera! There are many beautiful views, and Dario will tell you at the beginning which ones are the best
Gillian_M, Jul 2025
Fabulous day out. Beautiful scenery, transfers well organised and with Dario, an informative and most helpful guide. (a hidden Croatian comedian). The walk through the park gave lots of photos opportunities, the boat ride short, but a blissful breeze in the 38 degrees. Lovely beach in the little town, and uf you have the energy, the views from the tower are well worth the climb.
Lisa_E, Jun 2025
The park is so beautiful! Bring your bathing suit. There is a little beach at the end that will refresh you after walking around all the waterfalls and taking the boat ride.
Alison_M, Jun 2025
The waterfalls are lovely and definitely worth the trip. We chose this specific one because it said we would have 5 hours in the park. We actually had 1 and half hours to do the waterfalls walk, 20 mins waiting for the boat, and about 10 minutes on the boat. We then had 1 and half hours in the town where the boat trip disembarked. Even if you include this aspect it doesn’t add up to 5 hours!!

If you are simply looking for good transportation with excellent on time service, this is the trip for you. Personally, I would prefer if they bundled the tour and Krka entry price so that everything can be taken care of when you book the tour, but that is just a personal preference. Our guide did tell us we could walk to Skraden instead of taking the boat there and we enjoyed that addition to our tour immensely. Peaceful and beautiful

Place is so beautiful and guide was great - however I feel slightly scammed with this travel operator. The tour began late in schedule, by the each stop (waterfalls and small town) we had 1 hrs to enjoy. Viator’s description of the tour is not true and I wished to have more time by the waterfalls to really enjoy the walk, view and my picnic. 8,5 hrs excursion turned out to be 5,5 hrs. I would not book the tours via Viator.

A great trip to see the waterfalls. Well organised and clear instructions. Dario was a great guide who engaged with everyone on the tour and even phoned up to check the car museum that we wanted to visit was open. Vladimir was an excellent driver.
Waterfalls are definitely worth a visit - plenty of time to spend wandering around on your own and also in Skradin.
Felix_B, May 2025
It was such a beautiful park and the tour guide was brilliant. There's so much to see there too. Very worth the trip!

It’s a lovely little day excursion if you want to venture outside of Split. The national park is beautiful and very serene away from city life in Split. Coupled with a hike or boat trip to Skradin, you have a lovely day where there is a lot of flexibility to tailor it to how best works for you. If you choose to hike over the boat trip, you will not be disappointed and it’s a relatively easy 5km stroll. There are some lovely restaurants for lunch and then the walk up to the fortress is well worth it for the panoramic views.
Dario, our guide, was a font of knowledge and provided lots of historical facts about Croatian culture and the evolution of modern day Croatia.
Jade_R, Apr 2025
It's very beautiful and the way between waterfalls and the city is very peaceful.
Food and toilet is a little bit too expensive.
thegalletlys, Oct 2024
Seeing the waterfalls was amazing . Was a comfortable bus ride up there. Dario was a great guide by being available to help and also giving you the space to do your own thing. Loved his humour and that he gave us Aussies a bit of stick . That is what is so good about travelling to foreign countries.
Response from Host, Oct 2024
Thank you for your wonderful review! We're glad to hear you enjoyed the amazing waterfalls and had a comfortable bus ride. It’s great that Dario was both helpful and respectful of your space, and that his humor added to your experience. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back for more adventures!

Ivan was our guide, he was fun, incredibly witty and knowledgeable. The tour is really well structured and the pick-up and drop-off is very convenient especially if you’re staying in Trogir or Split. Krka is gorgeous and there’s very little walking involved in the entire process, so that’s great for families or the elderly.
April_C, Oct 2024
Doria was a great tour guide, full of interesting information and a good sense of humor. The park was beautiful. I liked that this excursion had some free time, along with guided parts. Excellent day trip!
Barbara_F, Oct 2024
I specifically chose this tour because it said our guide would orient us and then we would have two plus hours on our own to explore the park. Instead, we were given either the option of a quick walk to the waterfalls or a guided one hour tour. We came to hike not for a guided tour! our guide was very knowledgeable but his heavy accent made him hard to understand
Andrea_C, Oct 2024
We had the best time with Darijo, our guide, and Vladimir, our bus driver. Darijo’s sense of humor made the trip especially fun. The Krka waterfalls were exceptionally beautiful and it was nice to be out in nature for part of the day. Darin was full of interesting information about history and the area. One of our best days in a 6-week trip! We highly recommend it.
Barbara_K, Oct 2024
Spectcular waterfalks and beautiful walk to Skradin! A little crowded on the trails by the falls, but it’s hard to fault folks for wanting to see this natural wonder.
Agata_F, Sep 2024
Thank you very much Mate for the wonderful trip! It was very interesting, we got a lot of useful information from the guide regarding the nature and history of the places we visited. Would definitely recommend!
Anne_P, Sep 2024
Had a great tour to Krka thanks to our very personable tour guide Roseanna. The tour was well organized from start to finish and made the most of our time in the park. Highly recommend!
Tracey_B, Sep 2024
Loved the tour, lots of information on the way. The national park was lovely and the Waterfalls too, also enjoyed the boat trip to Skradin and time to enjoy the pretty town.
A Very enjoyable day trip .
Alicia_E, Sep 2024
We had a wonderful day with Dario as our guide and Vladimir as our safe driver. I loved the length of the tour, not too long in the bus, as well as the flexibility that Dario provided us in the park. I have to say, Dario was one of my favorite guides of all time. I loved his laid back, no fuss, no hassle attitude. He was direct, to the point yet polite, funny without trying too hard, an all around truly natural people person. I wish he could have been our guide across the whole city.
The park itself is definitely worth the visit! We are from the Pacific Northwest in the States and are spoiled with amazing outdoor adventures, yet we still were wowed by the beauty of this park.
MaryEllen_V, Aug 2024
I liked the fact that I could progress as fast or as slow as I want through the park. You could not hire a car for the price we paid to get there. I had just visited Niagara Falls so wasn't extremely impressed but they were still lovely. Just too many tourists.
