Wonderful Tour from Split to Trogir with Mario!

    petunia67, Aug 2026
We had a fantastic experience on our tour from Split to Trogir with our guide, Mario. From the moment we started the drive, Mario was friendly, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable. He shared so much interesting information about Croatia and the history of Split and Trogir, which made the ride itself an enjoyable part of the tour. What we especially loved was how personable Mario was. He happily answered all of our questions—not only about Croatian history and culture, but also about everyday life in Croatia, his family, and his own experiences. He even shared photos and stories from his spearfishing adventures, which we really enjoyed! It felt less like a scripted tour and more like spending the day with a knowledgeable local friend. There were five of us, and we were very comfortable traveling in the clean, air-conditioned vehicle. Once in Trogir, Mario did a wonderful job showing us the important sights, explaining their history, and giving us recommendations for places to explore and eat during our free time. Mario’s knowledge, personality, and genuine enthusiasm for Croatia made this a memorable day for all five of us. We would highly recommend this tour—and especially Mario—to anyone visiting Split. Thank you, Mario, for a wonderful day!

    Fun few hours in Trogir

Trogir is a wonderful town and worth the short trip from Split. This tour gave a nice history of Croatia and the town, highlighting the cathedral and the elegant Cipiko Palace. Our guide Igor was very enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and spoke perfect English.
