Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark.
Waiting charges applies after 3 hours and 30 minutes at a rate of £15.00 for every 15 minutes you are delaying to leave Castle grounds.
Waiting charges, last minutes vehicle upgrade charges or Christmas day, Boxing day, New years day 50% surcharge is payable to driver as a cash payment.
London vehicle tax, Airport pickup or drop off charge included.

If we are picking you up from the Heathrow Airport and dropping you in London, £15.00 Airport pickup charge apply. No additional charges if you are travelling between London and hotels near Heathrow airport.

We enjoyed excellent, friendly, knowledgeable, timely service from our driver Dushi. She was there to pick us up at our hotel in perfect time, and had great tips on our Highclere experience. She was really friendly and stayed onsite while we had our Highclere experience so was immediately ready when we were ready to depart and take us back to our hotel. It made the whole day easy.

Our ATN Cars driver, Dushi, was an absolute gem. She was friendly, informative and went beyond just offering transportation. We had asked to be dropped off at Abbey Road Crossing after our trip to Highclere Castle instead of our hotel to get "the" picture crossing the road and had expected to take the tube back to central London. Instead, she drove us there, waited while we snapped the pic and took us back to our hotel. Also, a "shout out" to the people who respond to emails at ATN. They were prompt and helpful every time. Highly recommend this service. We used them three times and were never disappointed.

I had a wonderful experience with ATN Cars who drove for this tour. They were communicative, punctual, and my driver the day of was so friendly and personable. The trip is pricey, but with it being off season and work being done on the train line from London, this was essential to getting to Highclere on time. I highly recommend it!

Dear Sir, Many thanks for sharing your experience with others. We are sorry to learn that you are a bit disappointed in the service you received. Please kindly understand that you had booked a transfer service to Highclere Castle and back, not a guided tour. Our driver was on time for the pickup, waited for you at the Castle as we described on the product, and drove you back to London without any delays. When we inquired the driver about the lack of communication , His explanation was that it was because of the distance between his seat on his VW transporter van and the passenger seat at the back of the van that he needed to speak louder which distract him from driving. Therefore he keeps communication to a minimum and only speaks to passengers when the vehicle is parked.

Making Highclere Castle Visit from London

We booked this round trip transfer to make our visit to Highclere easy and more enjoyable and it definitely worked out that way. We had just arrived from Philadelphia, and though we are confident about using the train system and cabs, we just wanted this to be an easy day. ATN did a great job. Our driver Dushi, was right on time at our hotel in Mayfair. The car was in perfect condition and spotlessly clean. She navigated through an amazing volume of traffic getting out of London, always driving carefully and safely. She also was a very good companion on the trip identifying various points of interest along the way. At Highclere, she dropped us at the car park. Drivers wait off-site, because there are no restroom facilities to them at Highclere. When we had completed our tour we called and she was back to the car park in just 10-15 minutes as promised. We were so happy with ATN that we booked a transfer from our hotel to Heathrow for our return flight rather than schlepping our bags on a taxi and through Paddington. We were please to see that our driver was Dushi again, and again she was right on time and got us out to Heathrow right on schedule. I highly recommend ATN.
