Very Clean and Efficient transportation, our guide Richard gave great commentary. Richard also helped us understand transportation back to our hotel via the underground.

Excellent self-guided castle tour and charming guide on the bus. The team is very respectful of everyone’s time, which we appreciated on the way out when one couple missed boarding. Sadly, we were that couple at departure- we got turned around in Windsor and didn’t get to the bus park until 15 minutes past the hour and the bus had rolled out. The tour company attempted to reach me but we didn’t catch the call in time, totally not their fault but ours. Sincere apologies to our wonderful guide and driver - we didn’t intend to take the train back, but staying later was fine with us - we just felt so badly that we couldn’t get back to you on time!

Bus transport comfortable and guide adds interesting commentary en route. They take you thru admission. Just know are your own within Windsor Castle. Audio guides are available and places well marked. Timing is enough although our bus was over 20 minutes late picking up. Cut into time there.

The bus was late, which was making us feel like we weren't at the proper pick-up location. Smooth ride. Good guide,although he wasnt totally clear about the meet-up at the end of the day.
Getting in line and getting through security ate up almost 45 minutes of our time, so I felt quite rushed to complete the tour of the castle and church. More time is needed for that factor, in my opinion. I didn't get time to stop and savor the sights. Also didn't explain where we could get the audio tour headphones, so we.missed out completely.

Ok way to get to Windsor but probably cheaper to take uber. Nothing provided as far as value added as no guide assigned on way.

The tour guide never showed up. The bus started 30 minutes late. The driver was excellent and apologized. You could not get through to the company.

We were asked to be there at 08:50 for an 09:00 am pick up and we were there . They did not turn up until 09:30
We had no communication about the delay . One of the persons waiting told us she had a message saying they were going to. E late but even that was at 09:20
No issues with Vin our driver and Eva our guide but I think for the charges the least we expect is promptness .

Directions for the meeting place were very clear. The tour guide, Nick, was very entertaining and knowledgeable. Windsor Castle was everything I had hoped for. Using Viator was very easy even at the last minute, the day before the tour actually. Don’t hesitate to use them for your next tour.

Castle and town are beautiful, there is not more than a few hours of things to do there though. Ate at Duchess of Cambridge, it was really good.

It was two days after Christmas so I am not sure if our crowds were low, normal or higher at the castle. We did a tour witha 9.50am pick up and I do believe we missed the the morning surge.
The castle state rooms were absolutely beautiful. The unexpected treat was being able to view the late Queen and Philip's final resting place. Timing of arrival allowed us to view a changing of the guard as the troops marched up the street. Again luck or timing because of the mid-morning departure.
A must do, bucket list item. We had enough time to see what we wanted to see. Ours was a half day trip. Picked up at 9.50am and returned to London at 3.15pm So set any other activities you may have for the day after 4.30pm-5.00pm.
Our tour guide James was knowledgable and fun. Took time to visit with all of us on the bus to find out what we wanted to view and learn about. Had the usual corny jokes but that is part of the fun.

Getting to the Earl's court was ok, but the instructions did not say that you walk out of station to a bus stop and there is no indicator that this is a tour bus stop.
Fundamentally this is a bus ride to Windsor.
The 'tour guide' was not a tour guide. What she said was in the skimpy brochure. We paid $268 for a bus ride plus over $20 for the underground. The tour guide takes you to where we get the tickets then bye bye.
You get free audio guides to the area.
Next time I will take the train out to Windsor for or pay a Blue Badge guide

Thank you for your feedback and yes, if you want to be guided inside you will have to book a Windsor accredited Blue Badge guide. Our guides are not allowed in with you and Windsor have very strict regulations, including no photography.

Very nice coach trip to Windsor Castle. Our guide, Catherine, was very helpful and knowledgeable, giving us some history during our trip. Despite the road closures and heavy traffic, we still had plenty of time at Windsor.

There is really no tour It is just bus transportation to the castle and back Driver and guide were nice but no real need for a guide who just did check-ins Not enough time on half day excursion to see everything
