We had a great private transfer from Southampton cruise terminal via Stonehenge to our hotel in London. Everything worked like clockwork and we had a professional and courteous driver.

Car was in accident before he even got to pick us up. They never called to let us know early but did call about hour later and told us what happened. They were very nice gave a complete refund very quickly and were very professional about all that happened. Sorry but can't tell any more since we were not with them. They did check on us to make sure we were alright while waiting at the port.

Our driver was understandably in a state of panic and, regrettably, was unable to reach out to you immediately. We are, however, relieved that we were able to inform you about the situation as soon as we could and that we provided a full refund promptly.

Intentamos comunicarnos con usted a través de mensajes pero no recibimos respuesta. También llamamos varias veces pero el número no funcionaba. Además, nos comunicamos con Viator para informarnos sobre la hora de recogida. El día de la llegada, apenas unas horas antes de atracar, nos contactasteis con el horario, que para nosotros era muy tarde. A pesar de estos desafíos, logramos asignar al conductor.
Según su solicitud, el conductor esperó 1 hora más a pesar de que tenía una cita.
