2 stars awarded simply because we got back to our resort in 1 piece. I’ve never had a disappointing experience with Viator till taking this 2 days 4x4 Safari from Sousse, Hammamet, Tunis 4star hotel. The tour felt more like a Fawlty Tours experience than an excursion. Horrendous!!! Most of the time was spent in a small vehicle (not a tour coach) that seems unroadworthy by European standards. No Covid protocols in place and one for the guides had an unpleasant heavy lingering cough. Reckless driving, uninspiring, impatient, pushy and repetitive tour guides who rushed the visits to the historic sites and got lost a few times. Day 1 Pick up was at 7am and no lunch stop till almost 3pm (only because we requested a lunch break) The list goes on. One tour guide even arranged with reception to share a room with a young single male traveller from Poland till we all intervened. He then asked the young man to pay extra for his room. It was a like circus. No point promoting a 4 star hotel with a pool when we arrived at the hotel after 8pm just in time for dinner which ends at 9pm. We left at 5am next morning. Pool was less than 1/4 filled with water. Camel riding experience was not great. The highlight of the trip was the 4x4 visit to Star Wars location quite possibly because we had a different driver and no tour guide. Definitely don’t recommend booking this tour through Viator till they can change their local agents

La cosa più bella da vedere è l'oasi di Tozeur, indescrivibile la bellezza della natura! ! ! Nel complesso l'escursione è ben organizzata e in soli 2 giorni si riesce a vedere e a fare molte cose bellissime! Consigliata.

Dank unseres Guids und da wir die einzigsten Deutschen waren und somit nicht mit der Masse laufen mussten war die Tour sehr schön. Wir wollten keine Bustour und waren von einer Reise in kleinen Gruppen in Jeeps o.â. ausgegangen.

El tour genial. Visitas lo más importante. Haces kuads o camellos, carruajes, estás en el desierto, y es todo maravilloso. Lo recomiendo. Son muchas horas en bus y poco dormir, pero es lo que toca si quieres ver lo bonito en dos días. Además, se van haciendo paradas a cada rato para estirar las piernas y visitar cosas.
Nosotras tuvimos un problema en la recogida y es que la ubicacion estaba mal puesta desde Viator, pero de todos modos el guia contactó con nosotras y nos recogió por otra ubicación.
