We never got to take the tour, and what’s more, we’ve been told that we are not entitled to a refund. We had no communication from the tour company prior to the tour. When we were finally able to track them down, they sent us an address for a meeting place that was impossible to find, even for an Italian driver who was familiar with the area. Despite numerous phone calls in an attempt to try to locate the meeting place, the tour left without us. Needless to say, we are extremely unhappy, would NEVER use this company again, and are unlikely to remain good Viator customers!

素晴らしい体験でしたので、心から皆さんにお勧めします。ガイドさんはロードバイクでしたが、電動アシスト付きの自転車を貸してもらえるので女性でも安心です。私は普段そこそこ運動をしていますが、アップダウンの多い経路でしたので電動アシスト付きを借りてよかったと思いました。出力を切り替えられたので、適度に負荷をかけることもでき、心地良い疲れを感じる事もできました。交通量の多い場所でしたが、ガイドさんがいてくれて安心して走る事ができました。参加人数や状況によって距離や時間は多少変動するのかもしれません。ガイドさんも対応してくださった方もとても親切でした。景色に関しては言葉では言い表せません。興味があったらぜひ参加してみてください。私はまた参加したいと思います。そして希望としてはもう少し長い距離を走りたいです。素晴らしい時間をありがとうございました！
