I got denied my scooter and the lady at the rental was very very rude laughing at us after denying us and even taking a picture of us stressing on the sidewalk what to do. Then when Viator sent the refund request she rejected it so I can’t get my money back.

It’s an amazing experience. Tough to get used to the Italian way but once you get the hang of it, it’s easy and the best way to enjoy the whole coast and beautiful towns!!
