Tommaso was an excellent driver and the minibus was impeccably clean and air conditioned. Even though our flight had been delayed by one hour, he waited for us and was happy to point out features of interest on the way and recommend restaurants in Sorrento. Delivered right to our hotel door with a smile!

Ladies trip with lady luggage and this is a great way to get to the airport. Everyone was tired from a long week and our driver handled the traffic perfectly. We arrived to the airport in plenty of time.

After an exciting two weeks touring Italy, Tommaso picked us up in a nice car and drove us from Sorrento to Naples to catch our train. He was very prompt and so friendly. He told us about some places we passed on the trip and gave recommendations for eating at train station. I only wish we weren't too exhausted to carry on more of a conversation with him. Highly recommend.

We were greeted by Tomasso (our driver) and were transported to our accommodation in Sorrento. Tommaso was friendly and even suggested a few eateries in the local area to our AirBnB. Tomasso went above and beyond in assisting with the sorting of our luggage right from pick up to drop off!. We would highly recommend Tomasso and his services in transfers and tours!. A gentleman and a scholar!!

We were charged and the driver cancelled so we had to arrange with another company (welcome pickups - who were excellent) then we had to spend a couple of hours emailing and proving payment to get a refund.

Dear Peter, Honestly I am trying to explain you did a bad review about my company even if I did my best to try to find a solution. I made the refund even if I have never received your money, so I paid from my pockets. I sent you the pic stating the reservation was not confirmed by me but from Viator so I thought you would have understand it has not been my fault. I don't know why you have not received your money I assume It takes time, however you should reach Viator Who is the only one Who deals with the payment. I trust in your good faith and hope you understand and remove the review. I hope that this situation is resolved soon because my company is penalized by this negative review. I repeat, this reservation was not confirmed by me but by someone from Viator. I hope that the person responsible is found and that it does not happen again. Best regards Tommaso.

Lentino Driver Tours was absolutely wonderful. We booked for a 3:45 am drive to Naples to catch an early flight home. Tomasso confirmed the meeting time and pick up time as soon as I booked and also again 24 hours before. He showed up early (we were ready) and was cheerful and extremely professional. We had a wonderful drive into Naples chatting with Tomasso along the way. He could not have made this any easier. Absolutely recommend Lentino!!

Sorry about the driver using the phone but unfortunately on that day he had family issues and he had to keep the phone close in case of any calls. Our Driver, Tommaso was amazing. Even though we had mistakenly booked our pick up incorrectly, he re-organized things so that he could pick us up at the airport when we landed. His positivity and good-natured attitude made the drive a pleasure. He pointed out viewing stops along the way to Sorrento, and as someone from Sorrento, he gave great advise on restaurants (Which were all excellent).
