Great communication and...

Great communication and setting of expectations for the trip. We needed to go to KTI airport and they were 100% right about needing to leave earlier than we estimated. We had our hotel prepare lunches for us so not to waste time at a highway restaurant. Driving was safe, and we arrived in good time.

Excellent private transfer from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh

This was an extremely comfortable and smooth ride, despite some of the road conditions. Mr. Vutha was our driver and spoke very good English. He couldn't do enough for us and made appropriate comfort stops and a lunch stop. A very good vehicle with air-conditioning and reclining seats. Overall an excellent service.

Just an okay transfer

After we had an issue with our first transportation (with another company), so we wanted to double check that there wouldn't be any issues about them forgetting us. So we sent a message the day before. No one returned our message and I call Viator and they sent a message as well, it also wasn't answered. We had the hotel call and they did confirm they were coming to pick us up. Now it is a 5 hour drive and driver seemed like he wasn't going to stop, so we had to ask him twice to stop so we could go to the bathroom once and to get something to eat another time. The place we stop at wasn't that good and where I was asking for as just up the road which would have had better choices.

We had a great experience with out driver Mr.Vutha! He was very professional driver with a kind nature! We took us also to Kampong Khleang, we enjoyed the experience! He also made stop overs to interesting sites along the way, including food stalls which we all enjoyed!

Best way to transfer

We all agreed that this was the best way to travel between the two cities. The ride was relaxing, cool and comfortable in the van with plenty of rest stops if needed. Looking out the window was much more interesting than flying. Our guide was on time and the very pleasant.

Smooth journey.

Smooth journey in an air conditioned Alphard. The driver managed to fit 6 large cases and 2 hand luggage bags in plus 4 people - we were impressed. Stopped for lunch at a lovely local restaurant. Very nice food. Very easy way to get from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh without flying. You get the added bonus of watching Cambodian life by the roads. We departed 0930 and arrived approx 1530.
