Getting the tickets was seamless and easy. Once ordered I was in touch with Piseth on WA. He was extremely helpful as you have to send a recent photo for the day pass and once complete the tickets were delivered to our hotel which was important as we only arrived at our hotel a 8pm and were going to Angkor Wat the next morning for sunrise at 5am. Angkor was a complete bucket list tick and was more impressive than we anticipated. Just mind-blowing and brilliant.

Mr Ho and amazing driver (sorry have forgotten name ) picked us up at 4.30 for an early morning visit to Ankor Wat and surrounding temples
Mr Ho spoke perfect English knowledgeable professional and very passionate
He didn’t rush us at anytime lots of photo
Opportunities and time for questions
Plenty of cold water and cold towels throughout the morning
Between temples we stopped for breakfast lots of choice then we headed out see some local rice cakes being made . Very interesting and would definateky recommend they were amazing
A definate must to do while on Siem Reap

I was completely amazed and impressed by virtually everything with this tour. Anyone wanting to do this or experiencing this in the future have one bit of advice from me: HAVE SAFE COMFORTABLE SHOES...You will be doing 8 hours, at least, of walking and touring thru temples. Climbing steps and when you do the sunset walking a good 20 minutes up one big hill. It was worth it. My tour guide was awesome and so on top of everything. Our driver was up there as well, insuring we all had cold water.

Amazing way to get tickets — we only had 1.5 days and I didn’t want to risk missing even a minute standing in line to buy tickets.
I especially recommend this if your first thing planned is to see the sunrise, since they deliver the passes to your hotel the night before.
How it works is that you send the contact pictures of your face via WhatsApp (it doesn’t need to be a passport photo, just any selfie will do) and they drop off your completed pass , along with a convenient lanyard (note the you might need to wiggle or shimmy the ticket out if it first thing each morning since the guards need to hole-punch your ticket).
It was worth the money to have the peace of mind !

A really efficient service. We paid a bit extra but had wonderful follow up. Our questions were answered via whatsapp (very convenient). Our contact Sok Piseth even reminded us to send our photos (we had forgotten). We were informed when the tickets were dropped off at the hotel day before our arrival and also followed up to check we had them. A very good service.

Cambodians are the best! They go above and beyond to make your experiences seamless and fantastic. We had an early sunrise tour and they delivered our admissions tickets well ahead of time to the hotel. They also checked in with us to make sure we received them.

We bought our tickets 48 hours before our tour. The team contacted us through WhatsApp within an hour of us buying the tickets asking for portrait photos. Our tickets were delivered 8am the day before the tour which was earlier than we were expecting. They were left at the hotel reception in an envelope addressed to us. We were provided lanyards which made it a lot earlier to access our tickets as you need to show them every time you enter a temple. We would like to thank the Piseth and his manager for their quick responses and for making the process very easy for us. Would definitely recommend.

A hefty surcharge for the service, but it was really convenient to have the tickets waiting for us at our hotel, especially since the official site wasn’t working. The tickets were provided with lanyards which made it easy to show the guards.

This is absolutely a must. I visited so many temples and was speechless every time. It was truely an unbelievable experience and I am very grateful that it was right after covid because there was almost no tourists (i had several temples all by myself).

In two days, we were able to visit 12 temples. The slow rebound from the pandemic has meant shorter lines for tickets, but we avoided the hassle entirely by having the tickets waiting at our hotel. Make sure you arrange for an experienced guide like Bunthang Lim, who works for Journey Cambodia (Get a Guide). The tickets ' value increases with one who can help you appreciate what you're seeing.

We are the only agent that offer Angkor Wat Ticket online in Cambodia and I am very sure about this.
In the ticket content we mentioned clearly about actual charge from ticket office plus our services fees and saying that our services is more expensive as we offer additional services that you can see in our inclusion and I am sure you saw that as well before sending booking and it is really bad you could have said we did nothing about it.
We invite all our guest to read all information before decide to book our ticket and as you know it is very convenience and safe.

To save time, I used this delivery service of ticket to the hotel. I booked it around 3 weeks in advance for my 15-July Angkor Wat visit. When I booked, I sent photo only after 1 week - so it's important to specify your booking reference number in email when you send photo. Also it's better to communicate through email, it's faster. Ticket to Angkor is for 2 days (if you buy 1 day one), so I visited temples on 16-July, as well. I also would recommend to use this service if you have late afternoon flight, like I had from Singapore arrived at around 4pm...

My husband and I, and a visitor from Holland spent an entire day with a guide (his name is Sok, not sure of spelling) to see Angkor Wat, Ta Prohm and Bayon Temples. We were the first group to get to Angkor Wat before sunrise.
It was an incredible experience. Sok was knowledgeable and looked after us very well. He also gave us insight into his 6-year experience as a Buddhist monk.

The agency was easy to communicate with. The tickets were not at our hotel on arrival but came that evening after I emailed. Unfortunately they said there were no three day tickets for my dates so I ended up buying the 7 days which with the agency fee was very expensive. On top of that there was no ticket queue on the day we went (Feb 2029) and tickets were obviously available

well worth paying the extra $23 dollars for the 3 day pass as we wanted it to use from day 1 (After arriving late night the day prior from bangkok). The team at the travel agency were prompt and constantly in touch.. thank you
