Fantastic experience. Excellent organization and a very professional team, especially the diving team (bottle and snorkeling). The experience alone does not deserve 5 stars due to the poor service provided by the photography company One Shot, which works in partnership with this activity. Although the photographer is professional, it ended up damaging the end of the tour. There was an excessive delay in the presentation of the photographs so that customers could select the ones they intended to purchase, creating an indirect pressure for the purchase of the complete package, the price of which was quite high. Even after some trading, the value was reduced, but continued above expected. In addition, after we agreed to the purchase, additional fees were applied at the time of payment without notice. Although we were presented with a certain amount in our currency, the charge was made in the local currency, plus the high fees associated with the payment terminal, making the final value significantly higher than agreed. This situation generated discontent and discussions among several customers who acquired photographs, causing a great delay in the completion of the process.
