Really i heard a lot about a snorkeling in the red sea,so I didn't hesitate to book this tour with this company.The tour operator hesham contacted me &he arranged everything with me.At the morning the driver came & picked me up from my hotel.Really i enjoyed snorkeling & watching the coloured fish & the coral reefs.I enjoyed also the white sand island.I really recommend this tour for anyone is going to visit Sharm with this company.

What is it really like…

I never write reviews, But I had to. We booked a snorkeling trip. Trip time departure was at 9. We were picked up at 7:45. We were not told to bring towels. They told us once we were about to leave so we had to go all the way back to the room to bring towels. After we arrived at the marina, they made us sit in the holding area for over an hour before we could even get on the boat. After people were complaining, they moved us on to the boat , where we continued to sit for another 1 hour + before we even left the dock. We watched other boats leave the dock, while we continued to just sit on our boat. I remember looking , it was 12:45 pm, we had not snorkeled or even had lunch despite it being almost 5 hours later from hotel pick up. White Island is far into the Red Sea. When we finally arrived at White Island, no one got off the boat. People were complaining at this time to the captain and the crew about the long wait, no snorkeling and no food . We then left White Island, to go to A Different spot to snorkel. It took another half an hour to get there. At this point, there was a lot of confusion about who is diving and who is snorkeling. The crew was more interested to sell diving (which they had been doing since we were sitting in the marina holding area) instead of helping people snorkel. They did not care if you are not scuba certified or have never done diving. In the water , there was only one guy and there was no guidance on where to go in the water. We snorkeled a total of 30minutes. One of the guys on the boat was rude and yelling at people , as to where to stand throughout the long day. They did not tell us to bring our towels to the deck below. After snorkeling they would not let us go to the top deck to get our towels. So We had to stay cold and air dry before we were allowed to go back up. It’s now 2:30pm, 7 hours after pick up. The lunch was now served and the food ran out pretty fast. The concept of service was missing and seemed more like they are doing us a favor. Now they decided to go BACK to the White Island as people were complaining. We could NOT believe we were going back. What was supposed to be a half a day trip had turned into a full day nightmare. SO, After leaving our 2nd time at White Island , people complained about not getting enough time to snorkel. So the boat stopped on the way back to the dock , just 10minutes outside the marina to let a few people snorkel for 10minutes. People were beyond frustrated by now . Finally we got off the boat at 4:30pm. BUT it was back to the marina holding area to wait. they would not let us leave as they wanted to sell the photos& wanted tips… So to sum up , it was a 9+ hour day with a total 40minutes of snorkeling & 7hours before we ate lunch & about 3 hours of sitting & waiting between the marina holding area & on the boat . I feel badly writing this review. I want to support the Egyptian economy to recover from covid, but it was such a miserable experience and not fair to vacationers to deliver so poorly & lose a day of vacation.

Un Verdadero timo de excursión !!! UNA VERGÜENZA!! mal honestos e intimidatorios !!! En primer lugar , intentan varias veces y personas diferentes ( por WASAP o en directo cuando estás en el puerto ) a volverte hacer pagar el material de Snorkeling , varios viajeros han caído en la trampa . El viaje no cumple las expectativas, puesto que no te llevan a ningún sitio de los que prometen ( ni a ras Mohamed ni a isla blanca ) .. te dan un paseo en barco a 500 metros del puerto, en playas a pie de unos escombros , donde te hacen hacer el buceo sin dejarte el tiempo de pensar ni reaccionar , mientras te hacen un vídeo ( ya lejos del puerto ) que graban en el que no comprendes lo que te están diciendo , te hacen aceptar unas condiciones bajo la confusión y el estrés de tu primera inmersión. Cuando te das cuenta del timo que no te han llevado ninguno de los lugares prometidos ( isla Blanca y al Parque Natural ) entonces te atreves a decírselo!!! te responden de manera intimidatoria y liante que has aceptado en el vídeo de no ir hasta allí . te lmuestran tu vídeo de manera intimidatoria . Es un abuso de mal honestidad., cuando eres honesto, no necesitas grabar un vídeo !!!! Eso es lo que que desgraciadamente nos hemos tenido que afrontar desde que hemos llegado a Egipto en cualquier sitio al que vayas. Solo te comprenden en cuando hablas de dinero., si nos se hacen los tontos o los ignorantes,. intentan siempre de sonsacarte todavía más dinero !! es una vergüenza para Egipto , este personal que se dedica al turismo en Sharm el SHEIK
