Pickup was smooth and easy, was contacted through whatsapp and kept up to date with when and whwre we would be collected. Communication was easy, these guys spoke multiple languages. We set off on 2 snorkelling stops, with the option to scuba dive and i highly recommend that you try it! What an experience..i panicked and it took me a while to regulate my breathing and he held my hand throughout and kept me calm, i was so glad i did it! Incredible experience. He was kind and considerate of my feelings and you can tell its his passion. We had lunch which was delicious, chicken, salad pasta. We then went off to white island. It was a choppy swim but one of these guys swam with a life ring and placed my 6 year old in the middle and i held on to it also and he pulled about 4 or 5 of us to the island this guy was the strongest swimmer i have ever encountered and i felt totally safe. He also had to help us out a sticky situation on the 2nd snorkeling site and pulled us back to the boat i was in awe of how strong he was. Over all an incredible experience. Lots of photos taken underwater and by a man on the boat, a bit of a hard sell afterwards to purchase the packages but well worth it.

We had no problem being picked up and dropped off from the hotel. The interest and behavior of the ship's staff was very good. However, a fee of 25€ and 40€ was asked for two separate places to scuba diving on board. Other participants who joined with us said that they only paid $10 when booking. We didn't dive because of the price difference. The food was good. It was taken very well in the photos on the white island. A fee is required for snorkeling and life jackets to be used while swimming on board, in addition, in order not to pay, it is useful to bring glasses and snorkel etc.

I’ve been on dozens of snorkeling trips around the world — from Thailand to Costa Rica — and this one had potential, but the experience fell short in key ways. First, the constant nickel-and-diming ruined the flow. Paying the national park fee is fine — it was mentioned. But being asked to rent snorkeling gear on a snorkeling trip is absurd. Every other tour I’ve taken includes equipment by default, and the description here strongly implies it’s provided. Second, the mix of divers and snorkelers was handled poorly. We ended up sitting on the boat for about 45 minutes while the divers went under. I’ve been on mixed boats before, but good operators always have separate guides so both groups stay active. Here, communication was nonexistent — no one told us what was happening until we asked. The snorkeling itself was beautiful, but rushed — maybe 45 minutes total in the water during an eight-hour day. Then came the push for extra tips and overpriced photos. Overall, Ras Mohammed is spectacular and worth visiting, but this operator needs to seriously improve organization, transparency, and communication. Until then, I’d recommend booking with another company.

Very crammed and rushed tour. We did not enjoy this tour. It was so crowded and tour guides were rushing us during the snorkeling. Barely saw any fish due to that. They made us stop at a shopping area just so they can make commission. Also they charge extra for enterance and life jackets. So dont be fooled by the “cheap” price. You will be paying double for everything in the end. Barely any English announcements during the tour. The crew wasn’t really helpful.

Very long day and more for people who wanted to do snorkelling or diving… White Island was not what i envisioned was more a strip of sand in the middle of the sea… walking through the sea to the sand was rocks and broken shells… wear water shoes or u will cut/hurt ur feet…

PROS: We were on the Rehab boat. The staff were lovely and friendly, and one in particular (I think called Basmil, long curly hair) made the trip with his jokes and dancing. My husband loved the scuba experience. The food was nice and as described. All equipment provided. Boat was clean. Pick up/drop off on time. CONS: the extra money for things! Why not ask for this upfront when booking with more options of whether you want diving, pictures, etc. The onboard photographer kept encouraging me to take pics even when I said no and clearly didn’t want to. The price of the underwater photos! Wanted more than the trip and the diving together!! Boat back took a LONG time and felt he could’ve gone a lot faster. And swim to White Island was very difficult as parked so far away.

Good experience. Definitely recommend this trip if you want to try diving. Crew makes you feel very safe and secure under water. Even my mum went snorkeling and she doesn't swim and haven't been in deep water over 30+years. Only thing is that the food could be a bit bette. Otherwise we were happy with the trip.

We stayed in Sharm in late September/early October, so not in high season.
