For Departure Transfers: The driver will arrive at your hotel at the chosen time and wait outside the reception for up to 15 minutes.

The Driver was rather late arriving and wasn’t waiting either a sign to collect us when we arrived so we were a little worried he wasn’t coming but one of the other meet and greet companies contacted him for us and he arrived shortly after

Had a great transfer from the airport in the van I paid for. Ended up booking direct for the return for the same vehicles and paid direct and they sent a sedan. Super disappointed end to the trip as our luggage did not fit and it was not what we paid for. These operators are a dime a dozen, would book elsewhere.

The initial communication leading up to the pick up was great but once we landed we weren’t prepared for the chaos that was outside the terminal. There were just too many people picking up passengers for transport and random taxi drivers asking everyone if they needed a ride so we just weren’t able to find our driver. We reached out for help through the app and got quick responses. Ultimately, we were able to find our driver, but our driver seemed mad that we weren’t able to find him and made us feel uncomfortable because we asked for help through the app.
