We had a rough start because our driver was half hour late. But the experience itself was amazing! We had Mohammed and Omar as our guides and they were very attentive and great with our kids. We have 4 kids between the ages of 4 and 16 and they made sure it was unique for each of them. The atvs were awesome and the scenery was breathtaking!
Definitely recommended!

Fab experience! Our tour leader Abdul Ahmed was amazing and looked out for us the whole time. The buggy rides were brilliant, the camels beautiful and the dinner and show amazing. The buggy ride home in the dark scared the life out of me but my teenage kids loved it!

Your original booking was for the wrong date, and you informed us only around 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup, after all arrangements had already been completed.
Although our cancellation policy did not allow changes at that stage, we still made a one-time exception and changed your tour to the following day completely free of charge, even though a date change fee normally applies.
Later that same day, you contacted us again requesting to cancel the tour entirely and receive a full refund. Itinerary was an hour bus ride from our hotel to the desert where the buggy/quads are waiting. We then had an initial 30 minutes on the quad before 5-minute camel ride and a tea break. The camel ride guide insisted on a tip for taking a few pictures and refused to wait for the ride to end which I didn't like. He (the camel guide) essentially just took us around the corner and asked for money claiming he can’t ask Infront of the quad bike guide, then he goes back round and shows off the money…
My only concern with the quads is that there were no helmets (we did ask) and the people on side guiding the quads insist you go closer to the quad Infront but it's too close sometimes to the point of dangerous if they were to suddenly brake.
Following the tea, we then went to the desert camp area for the dinner and show. Dinner was really good and our host Ahmed went out the way to make us feel welcome after we were moved out of the "VIP" tents from the top and asked to come down to the bottom section.
Show was really good, a fire show, belly dance followed by a spinning dirwesh type dance. Then you quad back to the garage place and return back to the hotels.
Overall great experience for the price. Unlike almost everywhere else in Sharm El Shiekh they didn’t pressure us to give tips. Would recommend
