What a great day we had. Amazing boat, clean and safe. The staff made sure the snorkeling was a safe experience. Pointed out different fishes, cloun fish (nemo), morelo eel and the highlight definitely was swimming with the eagle ray. White island was spectacular and we got beautiful photos with my daughter to remind us of this day. 10/10 definitely must do in Sharm El Sheikh! Thanks to the crew!

Beautiful boat, attentive staff. Two snorkel stops at lovely coral reefs and so many colourful fish. White Island is stunning. It’s the 2nd year I’ve done this trip. Highly recommend.

My daughter and her partner went on this cruise and had an excellent day, which was spoilt however by the onboard photographer. Firstly he tried charging £150 for photos, which he then reduced down to £20, but then by text message that evening tried to raise to £50 getting abusive when he couldn’t get the cost he desired. Great trip but change your photographer or give him suitable customer support training.

Elite in Name Only – A Crowded, Chaotic Tour

We were delayed over 2 hours with no explanation — only when I asked for a refund did anyone explain. Communication was nonexistent. Onboard, most guests were part of a large Italian-speaking group with their own guide. We felt excluded and totally in the dark about what was happening. The boat and snorkelling sites were heavily overcrowded — we counted at least 60 other large boats, all packed. Despite being in a national park, there was no effort to protect the environment. We saw people standing on coral, dropping rubbish, and trashing the area, with no crew intervention. Food was very salty, drinks were cheap sodas in tiny cups, and lunch was hours late. I had to ask for food, which I wasn’t allowed to eat outside so others wouldn’t see — extremely awkward. Later, we were given seafood “as compensation,” with no real explanation. Overall, this tour felt chaotic, careless, and damaging — to guests and nature alike. Would not recommend

While it is true that the port we operate from is a military zone with mandatory security checks that can cause unforeseen delays, especially in peak season, that is not an excuse for our failure to keep you informed. Our team should have explained the situation to you proactively and with empathy. We failed in our communication, and it created a negative start to your day, which is unacceptable. Your comments about feeling isolated and excluded due to the large tour group are also deeply concerning. A "VIP" tour should feel personal and inclusive for every single guest. It is our responsibility to ensure everyone receives a proper orientation, understands the schedule, and feels attended to by our crew. It is clear we failed completely in this regard for you. Finally, I apologize for the poor onboard experience, from the quality of the food to the awkward and uncomfortable way you were treated when asking for a meal. This is not how we treat our guests. We understand that an apology alone cannot change your experience. We failed to provide the trip you paid for, and we would be grateful for the opportunity to make this right. Stunning Boat Trip experience to Ras Mohammed White island

Amazing boat trip to Ras mohammed white island. Great communication after booking and picked up from my hotel 7.30am, transfer to marina to the boat. Omar our guide spoke good English and explained the days itinerary clearly. 3 stops, 1st stop for snorkeling, saw turtles, so many fish and colourful coral. 2nd stop you board a speed boat to take you to the white island. Absolutely stunning white sand, understand why it's called the Maldives of Egypt. After 2nd stop it's lunchtime, lovely food, soup, salads, bread, rice, pasta, chicken, beef kofta, shrimps and fish. 3rd stop for more snorkeling and then back to the marina. All in all a great day. The boat is top quality, very clean and good facilities. Tea, coffee and soft drinks all inc as you like. All staff very attentive to your needs. Would highly recommend. Limited number of people onboard so not overcrowded like most other boats, it's worth paying a bit more in my option for that.
