This was by far the worst trip I’ve ever experienced.
Pickup was at 7:30 AM, yet the boat didn’t depart until 11:00 AM—hours of waiting with zero communication and not even basic water provided. Completely unacceptable.
The crew were unprofessional and clearly didn’t care about guests. Service was nonexistent. The food was shockingly bad—inedible.
No music, no atmosphere, no effort to create any kind of experience.
Total failure on every level. Absolute waste of time and money. Do not book.

It was a wonderful excursion, the snorkeling and fish were plentiful. It was a quiet trip unlike the fiberglass behemoths out there. The Captain and crew were first class!
