I’m having a hard time writing this review because it is very 50/50. The views you get at these snorkeling stops and just on the boat are amazing. The driver was right on time when picking us up. When we arrived at the marina it was a bit chaotic. We would watch everyone around get on and we probably had to wait 30-45 mins just to board. If you have been to Egypt before, you know that they are big on tips and try to upcharge everything/anything. It was our first time diving and we were charged $50 per person for 20 minute dive. My understanding is if you choose the dive option online it’s only like an additional $20. The food was great! The boat is extremely slow. It’s probably almost a 2 hr ride from the last stop back to the marina. And as always, you have to bargain. We were offered the diving pictures for $50 per person that included 10 photos each and a video. Eventually we ended up getting them for $60 for 2 people total. Next is the pictures they take on board. There was 120 pictures he took and asked for $100. Eventually also ended up getting those down to $50. Still seems expensive. They will sit you down and force you to leave a review but I had to come back and say a few more things. This one might be a stretch but everyone gets off the boats to snorkel and the employees stay behind so your belongings are unattended. 2 days later I realized I was missing $500 from my wallet. Thinking back this was the only time on the entire trip that our belongings were unattended. Could have happened anywhere but just be cautious, we clearly weren’t. It will be a good time but like anywhere else in Egypt just pay close attention and Bargain!
There is good and bad bits about this trip
Bad bits
They charging you to have a life jacket (I had to argue for a life jacket for my family as I had children this should come as standard with being on a boat and safety) (it was not for snorkelling gear as I took my own as I new you would have to pay for this which was in terms and conditions)
They ripping you off when it comes to purchasing photos £200 gbp
Maybe add a few more stops as the sailing home from White Island is so long and far to hot a little extra dip in the sea would have been good (over 2 hour sale)
My personal bad experience is when we got off the boat they was asking for more money to take us home when we had return transferred booked (£15)
Good bits
The boat was not rammed with people loads of space to sit and move around
My first experience diving very professional and looked after you well
Food and drink very good enough to go round and because boat doesn’t have a lot of people on board not fighting for food
I think it just comes down to you sometimes have to take the good with the bad ?
If I didn’t have to argue about the life jacket been ripped of on the photos to then been asked for £15 to be taking home when I had transferred included this would have received a 5 star
Did not communicate the time and showed up early . Poor service we ended up not going .

Our driver arrived at the confirmed pickup location at the scheduled time, but unfortunately we were unable to reach you. As the tour operates on a fixed schedule with other guests, it was not possible to delay the departure.

It was good. but it does not meet our expectations,I booked for 2 snorkling stops ,unfortunately it was only one stop.
Diving should be 15 min ,3min for one member,5min for the other one and 9min for tgord one.
One of bathroom on the boat with broken door.
Boat was too slow .
They forgot one of diver with two cleint.
Divers and snorkling men are nice.
It does not worth money I spend.
Boat was over crowded 35 people.

Got picked up on time from hotel, had to pay 560 Egyptian pounds government fees (so they say). Got taken to Naama bay to board the boat, lots of other boats there and extremely busy, felt like it was poorly organised. We then got on our boat, the boat was nice but incredibly slow, took around 2/3 hours to get to the first snorkel spot. Lovely reef, I snorkelled (I bought a snorkel from home for £7.99 B&M) the reef was spectacular, actually out of this world, saw so many little fish that come very close to you (harmless) and some bigger ones down below. The reef honestly was spectacular and if you go just for that then it’s worth it. Felt the guides were unfriendly and impatient. Again very crowded with lots of other boats and people. We then had lunch which was really nice, can’t complain. We then went to White Island which we had to swim too, again packed full of people but a good experience. We then got forced to leave reviews but I said I got no battery haha, don’t like being forced to leave reviews. To summarise the trip was so long, the staff unfriendly however the dive/snorkel experience was worth it so it’s up to you.

The government entrance fee is a mandatory fee set by the local authorities for access to Ras Mohammed National Park. It is not a charge imposed by our company and is clearly stated in the tour description before booking.
Naama Bay is the main marina for many excursion boats in Sharm El Sheikh, especially during peak season, so it can be busy at certain times of the day.
The sailing time depends on sea conditions, the daily route, and instructions from the coast guard to ensure the safety of all guests.

This tour is great but you can see the tourist machine at work. The people are super nice and scenery was beautiful, but it’s a hurried experience.
Excellent trip. Picked up on time. Seemed well organised at the harbour and we were quickly underway. Boat wasn't too full with plenty of seating and clean facilities.
Everything explained at a little briefing re introductory scuba dive which my 10 year old son took part in for the first time. He thoroughly enjoyed it and was well looked after (£25 for 10min dive).
Yes it is a little chaotic with all the boats at the diving/scuba stops (of which there were 2) & at White Island itself but what do you expect!
Food on board was quite adequate for a little light lunch. Plenty of drinks on board, tea, coffee, water and juice.
For the money it is very good value and a pleasant day out to break up days by the pool!

Disappointed with the day.. the pick up guide was rude and sending messages constantly on the morning. We bought snacks at the port (2 cans of coffee, 1 pack on pringles and a lollipop = £24!) On the white island.. if you can call it that was something you'd expect crossing the channel!! Too many boats and too many people it was dangerous.. oh and a bigger harder boat crashed into us whilst at our first snorkeling stop and ripped the railings clean off at the front. The toilets on board had no toilet paper and finally on our drop off, the driver turned to early for our stop so drove down the opposite side of the road towards a oncoming van. What a day!!

First of all, we sincerely apologize if our pickup representative came across in an unfriendly way during the morning pickup. The messages and follow-ups were only to avoid any delay, as the boat has a fixed departure time and late arrival can affect all guests on board.
Regarding the snacks and drinks prices at the marina, we would like to clarify that these shops are independent vendors located inside the tourist port area and unfortunately we have no control over their pricing. Prices there work based on tourism demand and are not connected to our company services.
As for the boat situation during snorkeling, the weather and sea conditions that day were unfortunately unstable, and with the high boat traffic in the area, another boat came too close during maneuvering. Thankfully it was only minor contact and the crew handled the situation immediately to continue the trip safely. Situations like this can occasionally happen at sea and are outside our direct control, but guest safety always remains the top priority.
Concerning the toilet paper, it is normally available at all times onboard. If it was missing at any moment, our team would have immediately provided more upon request, and we apologize if this was overlooked during your trip.

1. Without snorkeling gear
2. With snorkeling gear
3. With snorkeling & diving
Each option has a different price, and the gear is only included if the corresponding option is selected.
It seems the booking was made under the option without gear, which is why there was an extra charge.
