What an experience! You get pampered and looked after as though you're royalty. I got picked up from my hotel and brought to a beautiful spot. I flet like I could take all the time in the world. The Turkish bath experience was amazing and the massage afterwards was simply unforgettable. Definitely book the two hours, it's definitely worth it!

Had a good time, collection and drop off on time in nice private vehicle. The spa is based within the Mövenpick complex and I received a friendly greeting. Disposable underwear, slippers, towel and bathrobe were provided. First approx 45 min full body oil massage, then sauna, Turkish bath and steam room. The building is clean but lacks charisma.

I had a lovely experience at Lotus Spa in Sharm El Sheikh. We were picked up right on time, which made the whole visit start smoothly. The facilities were clean and relaxing, and overall I would definitely recommend the spa.
One small suggestion would be to have a clearer time limit in the sauna, as I felt I was in there for over 25 minutes. Communication was also a bit tricky at times, we had requested separate male and female areas for the steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, etc., and it took a little effort to make that clear.
Otherwise, the service was very good and we enjoyed our time there.

At first it was quiet and relaxing, just what you expect from hammam, geat massage and rest.
Then I suddenly became unwell, and I realized what hospitality and professionalism really means. The maseuse assisted me with genuine care and I was treated with reall kindness by the rest of the staff.

Great full body massage and hamman. Time in steam room, sauna and tepid water jacuzzi following.
Transportation over 30mins late on pick up although spa time not affected. Sat around waiting for return transport. Definitely cheaper than similar experience at our hotel but transportation let it down.

Amazing from start to finish, was greeted by Ziad and Malak who took us through our experience the massage was beautiful and very relaxing. the Turkish bath was lovely and our skin is still feeling very soft. Highly recommend the 2 hour experience and very good value for money

Really enjoyed my time here at Lotus Spa, its our third time coming back. Transfer is really easy, great communication with quick responses for our queries. Attentive and professional masseuse, Yoyo was great at her work. The hammam and facilities are top class, and the establishment is well looked after by Mohammed Ali. Experience takes place at Lotus Spa Movenpick Hotel.
I upgraded to the 2 hour package so was hoping for more from this trip.
Initially the driver went to the hotel next door so things didn’t get off to the best start, however, this was quickly resolved via WhatsApp and I can’t fault the communication any way.
The vehicle was to my surprise air conditioned which I wasn’t expecting based on previous experiences with private transfers in Egypt.
The spa itself was modern and clean and the lockers were large enough for a big backpack.
After changing and being given disposable slippers we were taken to a jacuzzi, this was tepid at best but relaxing enough, 20 minutes was far too long though.
This was followed by 15 minutes in the sauna and about 10 in the steam room. None of these were better than you would expect at a decent Leisure centre or gym in the UK.
The bit I was most looking forward to was the Hamam, I have had several before and this was extremely disappointing by comparison.
The lady wiped me once up and down with a scrub mitt and that was it for the full body scrub! The bubbles which I find incredibly relaxing lasted all of a minute, when she asked to wash my hair I was expecting more than to just have 2 bowls of warm water poured over my head!
In total the time in the hamam couldn’t have been more than 5 minutes and that is being generous!
The massage lasted a reasonable amount of time but wasn’t one of the best I have had. It was nice but not great.
A number of items on the itinerary were not as described, the full body peel I can only assume was the bubbles in the hamam but if so then that shouldn’t be listed separately as it is misleading. The face peel was some moisturiser left on at the end of the massage and just wiped off with a damp cloth with no massage element.
I’m most disappointed because I had hoped to find a place I could return to at the end of my holiday and this wasn’t it.
The staff were friendly and welcoming though and we did have the place to ourselves, the experience did only last 1 hour and 45 minutes so not worth the extra money to upgrade to the 2 hours.
All in all sadly average.

The spa itself was clean and well run, the staff very attentive, and the massage was the best I have had in a long time.
I had complete privacy with sole use of the sauna, steam and jacuzzi. The scrub and foam rinse was great with lovely soft water and suds.
I wore a bikini and flip flops which was perfect. They offered a disposable bikini but I chose to stick with my own, just remember to take dry underwear to change into.
The transport to and from was easy and efficient.
Overall, I highly recommend.

Takes you to Lotus spa, massage and experience was good. I would go again. I tried a different spa which was more expensive but this one was much better and a very good price. The only thing a bit strange was my therapist kept reminding me to tip her well at the end.

It's not worth the money at all. For the prices you pay, you get very poor service.
The salón is old, girls were not talking english, massage not profesional, agressive and intense, I got spanked on my but just because it was fun for them. Though, the scrub they did well. Overall, far from profesional.

The facilities and massage themselves were excellent. Make sure to ask for disposable underwear straight away as we were not offered any and had to ask when they were ushering us into the steam room - leading us to hang our underwear in the public space and not in our lockers with the rest of our possessions. The steam room is followed by the sauna, then the full body scrub, massage, and finally the 5 minute facial. The women doing the massage checked what strength we wanted and did a great job. The problem arose when we finished the spa. My mother had taken out an expensive hair clip/tie at the steam room which the attending woman said she would hold for her at reception. Once we had dressed and went to collect the item, no one could find it and the man managing the area said he "couldn't remember" despite it being 30 mins prior. Overall he was extremely dismissive of the issue and didn't want to help until we insisted and refused to leave until they had determined what had become of it. Eventually it came out that he had given it to some other clients with their belongings, but couldn't contact them. He offered to pay for it (up to an amount) with the intention of just making us go away. Eventually, after some time, he agreed to contact the other clients, have someone pick up the item from them and deliver it to our hotel. So eventually we got it back but the dismissive attitude of the man soured the experience for us. Overall, the spa was great, but if you're going to do it, make sure you place ALL personal belongings in your locker and don't trust the staff to hold them for you at reception because they won't take responsibility if something goes wrong.

Taxi pick up from hotel on time. Taken to the lotus spa at the Movenpick hotel. Very good full body massage followed by face peel and full body scrub. Use of sauna and steam room after. Very good service and price.

Highly recommended. I was contacted by WhatsApp very soon after booking. Car collection promptly. We were offered secure lockers, tea, disposable underwear. Our session included sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, scrubbing, face mask and a full body massage. Really relaxing and the cost is very reasonable. Cheaper than the ones offered by other online companies or local tours.
