A great service for peace of mind

This service, while expensive, was totally worth it for first-time travelers to China, particularly since we did not have visas and were using China's 10-day visa-free program. The greeter met us just outside the jetway with my name on a sign. She escorted us to the proper place in passport control, and walked us through how to fill out the necessary forms for not needing a visa -- that alone was worth the price of the service. She waited on the other side of passport control while we went through, and then escorted us to baggage claim, and waited with us until our bags arrived. She then escorted us outside of the arrival hall to our driver, who was waiting for us. Highly recommend this service, particularly for first-time travelers to China and those who do not have a visa and are using China's 10-day visa-free program.
