Looks amazing from downstairs. Its organised very badly. Ultra crowded lift with no aircon. Had to ask for host to translate to English. Dirty, smelly, crowded. Top ball has a tiny window only and mainly some cartoon caracters and shop. Wish I could get a full refubd as this was not worth the price !!!!!

I couldn’t leave Shanghai without visiting Oriental Pearl Tower. It’s very kitchy inside, and hot/crowded at the time I visited. Honestly I preferred the viewing experience from Shanghai Tower, which offers an overview of OPT - and is more interesting when viewed from outside. A little dated now, but that gives it a special charm.

Very nice experience, good option if you have only a few hours to visit Shanghai, as the venue has good conection with Pudong Airport. Access was smoth and easy, waiting time was very little. The view is just fantastic.

What a pearl: the Oriental Pearl Tower is a must!

Put this on the top of your list for Shanghai! We loved it: highly recommend the 3 Balls option as it provides all the viewing opportunities provided: we gasped in disbelief at the multiple wonderful views of Shanghai at night: a wonderland of colour! Excellent: well worth every cent to experience this. TIP: do this one at night and book another tower (nearby) for the following morning: super to get two very different perspectives. We rate this 10/10.

Cool must see, even if noisy

View was nice but extremely crowded. Food at the buffet was nothing to write home about although pleasant enough area. Deliberately unclear from the booking that the space capsule was not included in the ticket - apparently we need to have a three balls ticket but not entirely sure how to get that. We were very disappointed to be turned away from getting access. Also, you can get this for significantly cheaper if you book via other sites or locally. Wouldn’t recommend overall - not a must see for Shanghai

Amazing views, sub-par food

The tour around the tower was good, but the main viewing points were so crowded you could t reach the window to see out properly and people didn’t view and then move away as they sat there for ages. Amazing views of the city and river though. If you book the food buffet, you get all you can eat food and drinks, but it is very mass catered food. The revolving floor is incredibly slow moving - we didn’t even get half way round in the hour we were there.

O combo de visitar a torre incluindo o jantar no restaurante giratório vale cada centavo. O jantar é excelente, sendo buffet livre com uma variedade muito grande de comida; destaque para os frutos do mar. A vista da torre é impressionante. Ver Xangai desse ângulo é algo máximo. A compra dos tickets pela plataforma funcionou muito bem e entramos sem problema algum.

Bella la visita, bella la vista notturna, bellissimo il passaggio sopra il vetro superato il primo timore. Purtroppo la cena a buffet è stata una delusione perché alle 21 chiude il ristorante. Noi ci siamo presentati alle 20:30 abbiamo dovuto mangiare velocemente e cibo freddo. Non abbiamo avuto il tempo di gustare l’esperienza
