Horrible experience! The host reschedule due to being the only one that booked on a Saturday. Sunday my partner and I became sick and when contacted I was told that I would not receive a refund despite being healthy and ready to go on my scheduled date, Saturday. When told this was unfair as I did not reschedule and was very much ready to go on Saturday night and that I do not control sickness, the host threatened to report me to "Korean Law," if I left a review. The host stated that they have downloaded all of our emails and would forward to "Korean Law." The host was never threatened, however was told a review would be left so others can be aware that the host will change your date and if you cannot make it, will keep your money regardless of any emergencies. I felt very threatened an unsafe in Korea because of this threat to report me to Korean Law. Definitely sucked as we had an amazing time in Seoul until this experience.

To clarify, your original booking was for Saturday. As you were the only guest scheduled that evening, we contacted you in advance to offer the option of joining a group on Sunday to enhance the overall experience, which you agreed to.
On Sunday, we were informed approximately two hours before the start time that you would no longer be attending. As per the booking terms on Viator, cancellations within 24 hours of the experience are not eligible for a refund, and this was also reviewed and confirmed through the platform.
Following this, you stated: “No worries I will move forward with a review and notify all my social media accounts about this horrible one way service.”
This message was sent after the refund was declined and does not reflect the experience itself, but rather dissatisfaction with the application of the cancellation policy.
We understand that unexpected situations such as illness can occur while travelling, and we do empathise with that. However, once arrangements are confirmed, last-minute cancellations cannot be accommodated outside of the stated policy.
We remain committed to providing a fair, safe, and high-quality experience for all guests.

I joined the SNL Pub Crawl in Itaewon, and it was an amazing experience! I really wanted to check out the nightlife but was traveling solo, and this turned out to be the perfect way to do it. The tour was well-organized, the hosts were fun and welcoming, and the group vibe made it easy to meet new people. I felt completely safe the whole time and ended up going out with them twice during my trip because it was that good! Highly recommend this tour especially if you’re a solo traveler or just want to have a great night out with a fun group.

Fantastic night!! Celeste was our host for the evening and helped break the ice in the group and the rest of the night was so wild and fun. This tour is super worth the money and i highly recommend booking it if you want a taste of Korea nightlife!!

Our group was a little small, and past a certain point you couldn't really chat with each other over the music inside the club, but the drinks were strong and the vibes were good and it was interesting to get a glimpse into that side of Korean culture.

This was legit a party mad house. You start off at a less crazy place to meet and greet and start with some drinks. The next place got busier and drank some more. By the time we got to the 3rd bar it was so packed you couldn’t even hardly move. This was a Sat night so probably the most busiest of the week. Also keep in mind this location is more like bars in the US as far as music. All American or Latin music. However, you will still see mostly local Koreans. The party scene is no joke! And if you are over 30, 40 or even 50 can still get into these bars in this area.

I joined the pub crawl for my birthday celebration. The hosts ensured that I had fun. Importantly, after the night of partying, they ensured that I got a taxi safely back to my hotel. That was important to me!

I had absolutely amazing time. Well organised, lovely people, and free flowing drinks by the host. Lots of fun. Despite wet weather, the spirits were high, and the group got along well with lots and lots of dancing. The bars/clubs were awesome, mostly playing english music and great bangers. Would definitely go again and recommend if you are up for a good time.

Had a great experience at the pub crawl. The venues where good and there was more than enough liquior going around. Jing was an excellent host and made everybody feel welcome. Good way to experience the nightlife when travelling alone.

This was an awesome way to spend my last night in Seoul. The hosts were awesome and made sure that we were having fun all night. A lot of drinks included. And if your group is on fire, venues will offer additional bottles for free so you guys can stay longer. So, time to losen up and have some fun.

Fantastic experience- Xen and Adam were amazing. Took great care of us - group of 6 getting together for a reunion. Wonderful night, no lines, great tables and service. Xen stayed with us till the end and even made sure we got cab rides back. Highly recommended
