Day started with pickup from hotel and then travel to Rafting centre. We were given the opportunity to put our belongings inside lockable storage. We were then transported by road to the rafting venue. There are approximately 200-300 steps which are uneven. This would make it arduous for any traveler's with the slightest mobility issue. However, I don’t believe there is any other way around this. Rafting with fun, instructors are informative, nice and friendly. The rafting lasts around 1hr30 (including breaks) and you are provided with helmets and the guide has a dry bag with him. After the rafting had finished we were required to walk through a rice field and then up 150-200 stairs where the transport was waiting to take us back. From here we were transported by our driver to the coffee plantation. The coffee plantation is informative but unless you are a big coffee lover, I would not recommend. This stop lasts around 20 minutes. We were taken to the ATV venue, here you have to sign a waiver (insurance) before starting. You are given plastic bags to place your feet in, wellington boots and a helmet. The ATV guides were not the friendliest and the Quads themselves could benefit from repair work. Working break lights and headlamps would be a start. Other than that it was great fun. If you are a timid rider please consider going tandem as there is nothing worse than being stuck behind someone that is too slow. As the ATV ended you are provided with food (noodles or rice) and a water. We were then taken to the waterfall which is impressive and a great picture opportunity. To finish off the whole day was brilliant and very fun. Although there are things that could be better it is part of the Bali experience.

Yes all of Ubud rafting start point is need to pass by the stair to get to river and also on finish point have to pass to the stair again to get back to main road. The one we do is the longest rafting route, and could see all of the river scenery during the adventure. We will call the guide atv to ensure that the guide can improve the service. And we can promise, a better experience on atv with friendly guide come along on our adventure also the coffee break is an optional that the place to wait before our atv or rafting started. If you not a coffee lover, then tea also available as complimentary if nessesary for waiting time since the hotel address for pick up is not always the same, some time we have free time view minutes before start time of our adventure. Great way to explore the nature of Ubud

Our driver arrived early and got us to and from our destinations in great time. Rafting was great and our tour guide was awesome. Wish they would have told us ahead of time to bring extra clothes. Rafting was first so we got drenched and didn’t bring a change of clothes. There are showers during lunch that you can use as well. ATV was fun but we asked for 2 ATVs however only got 1. My husband and I took turns riding it. My husband felt very congested after though. They should provide everyone with a bandana and masks. There’s lots of dust that flies into your eyes and nose during the ATV.

This was an exceptional day (full but oh so good!) We loved both the water rafting (super fun guide!) & quad bikes, plus Nyoman was the best driver we had in Bali.
