The entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Our driver, Bagus, played a big role in making everything run smoothly. He was calm, extremely polite, and spoke excellent English, which made the ride both comfortable and enjoyable. We truly appreciated his patience and professionalism throughout the evening.
The Kecak dance itself was absolutely mesmerizing — a powerful and unique performance that we believe everyone visiting Bali should experience at least once.

We ended up going to the Kecak Fire Show at Pantiamela Beach and it was wild!! Totally a great cultural event that lasts less than a hour. In the beach, you re in the shade as the sun tucks behind a cliff face. The dance is weird, fun, easy to follow, and lively. LOVED IT!!

We started with a journey from our accommodation in Kerobokan to Uluwatu - yes, this was a seriously long drive especially at the time of day that we went.
We got into the Uluwatu temple where the fun began. While waiting to enter the Kecak Dance, we were entertained watching the monkey trying to steal everything from everyone (need to keep your wits about you and loose items - not so loose). Satya (our driver) was awesome giving us some tips on how to handle the "locals".
The dance itself was really good. A bit long but very entertaining once it got going. A lot of laughter with some of the performing characters. Be aware when leaving in the dark as the monkeys line the footpaths which can be hard to see and they are ready to steal anything they can.
We made our way back to Jimbaran for a seafood fest on the beach to finish off the night Ganesha Seafood restaurant with a couple of cold ones watching fireworks and listening to music from other clubs in the background.
Overall, a great experience. Depending on where you are travelling from, be prepared for a decent time in the car as you move between places.

Kecak Dance and Dinner was good but there was no guide and the driver was very uncommunicative and impatient with us, like we were responsible for the heavy traffic in the area.

thank you for the feedback, we really apologize for what happened during the tour, after we checked with our tour driver, what we can explain is, your tour has a total of 6 people and the people that tour driver talk to during the trip are the passengers sitting in the front, because the driver concentrate while driving and also little bit talk to the passengers behind, regarding impatient, maybe this is just your feeling, because during the tour there was a bit of traffic jam and tour time was a little tight, so the tour driver rushed to the ticket counter to get the dance ticket and get back to you, we apologize if you think like that, our tour driver doesn't mean anything like that, is tottaly missunderstanding
Once again, we apologize profusely for what happened, we hope this doesn't make you give up on touring with us again

Wonderful tour but please be prepared to wait hours in line to see the fire dance. I was not prepared to do so unfortunately but while waiting you can explore the other attractions and temples around while watching the monkeys play in their natural habitat. I visited a local beach as well and the sunset dinner was amazing. Wonderful service excellent food and the sunset is beautiful. A must do when in Bali. Our driver was very good and made sure we were well taken care of

What a fantastic show! This not just a dance but a proper theatrical show. It was a captivating tribal show, absolutely stunning! The sunset right in front of the arena was also absolutely breathtaking.
At the temple, watch out for the monkeys as they are aggressive and we saw quite a few glasses and phones snatched within seconds from people’s hands and heads.
The seafood dinner was mediocre, nothing special and service was poor. My husband was sick after for the whole night, most likely caused by the clams as this was the only thing that he ate in which I did not.
Our driver Dirga was great, super friendly and insightful. He recommended a bunch of other places to see in Bali.
The tour was prompt and I received messages with contact number and confirmation for pickup, etc. Very professional

Was very upset with this tour. Was traveling with my husband. After the Kecak dance the driver was nowhere to be found. It was dark at night and there were thousands of cars exiting the grounds- it was a chaos. The driver had told us he would meet us at the exit. He never showed up. We walked around for half an hour looking all over for him- nowhere to be found. We have no idea where he was or if he had gone somewhere. Not knowing the language in Bali could mean trouble. A couple of men kept asking us if we needed a taxi - we said no but they would not leave us. The crowd was getting thinner - still no driver to he found. We were then waiting for him at the main entrance under a huge sign. By now there were four men circling us and it was a frightening experience. We finally found the tour operator’s number and called that number. He tracked the driver down and we got picked up just in time. Extremely scary experience- can’t imagine what could have gone wrong in this strange country at night in the dark. We still had half of the tour left to do- the dinner at Jimbaran beach. We were so upset with the driver and could not trust him further we refused to go there and asked him to drop us back at the hotel. It was a terrible experience- which I hope no one goes through. We trust Viator and that’s why we book through you and pay more for these tours. We could got something much cheaper on our own. This was a terrible and very scary experience. Viator should refund our money for this tour - it was not cheap. I would like someone from Viator to call me about this matter. Thoroughly disappointed

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback, and we apologize profusely for your inconvenience during the tour. After we check with the tour driver that assists you during the tour, we can explain as follows
The Kecak dance starts at 18.00 pm and finishes at 19.00 pm and when it finishes, many tourists leave the theater together which causes the situation to become crowded
1. Our driver has explained the meeting point to meet after the Kecak dance, but you come to a different place from the meeting point, and our driver tries to find you inside and outside and finally meets you
2. Our driver has informed us about the meeting point, but you insist that the driver doesn't provide any information, so our driver doesn't want to argue with you and apologizes even though it's not his fault.
3. The people who offer you taxi services are local transportation there, and they don't mean anything bad, they are just offering their services, because they see you are confused, they think you need transport
4. Regarding refunds, we have previously offered a full refund but you don't want it to be refunded, we have tried our best to make you comfortable
We are very sorry about this which was caused by a miscommunication where our driver has informed the meeting point but you may not have heard of it and come to different place, once again we apologize for this incident, we hope this doesn't make you give up on booking a tour with us. The pros: the Uluwatu temple has a great view of the ocean, the pictures will look beautiful, and since we were accompanied by the driver, we knew exactly where to go, and a personal photographer and were safe from the monkeys (who did grab another tourist's phone while we were there). The kecak dance is very impressive, on a beautiful backdrop of setting sun. There was traffic to go from the temple to the beach (hundreds of tourists having exactly the same agenda), but our driver took us through a different route to cut most of it, which was appreciated. He also had a 🔥 playlist and we had a lot of fun in the car. The dinner on the beach was plentiful: when they arrived with my plate, we thought it was for the 4 of us...! But no, we each had the same overflowing plate. Then, during dinner a Mariachi band came to play for us; learning we were Canadians, they played Michael Bublé for us and our special request Despacito 😎. They were really good! (bring 💵 to tip them!)
The cons: the driver is not a guide, he did not know anything about the temple. The dance is at the temple, but only from 6 to 7 and 7 to 8 pm, but since we arrived at 3pm (and had finished the "tour" ie walking around the site in 15 min), we had a long waiting time with nothing to do, in the heat. Be prepared with water, hats and sunscreen if you're sun sensitive. Kids were not having a good time since there was zero entertainment.
Then for the dance, we had to sit in the stadium an hour prior to the performance, in the full sun (no shade). Again, be prepared.
We missed the setting sun because we had to leave the temple for the 7pm dance, and it had set by the time we arrived to the beach. At dinner, my sister found the food to be overcooked but I guess this is more personal preference.
All in all, the visits were great, but the advertising was misleading.

Amazing views and the Kecak dance show topped the day off. Would recommend this experience. Just be careful of the monkeys who are keen to grab glazes and phones if you don’t watch out

Recomendamos mucho el tour, todo salió estupendamente. Nos acompañó Bagus y muy bien. Lo único malo fue el atasco para ir de Uluwatu a Jimbaran, pero era algo inevitable de la que no tiene culpa el tour
