We had such a wonderful experience all the activities were great fun, super well organised but what made it incredible was our awesome host Ketut!!!! Top tier service, laughs, organisation and he looked after us so well!! Sooo grateful to him thank you so much for making it an incredible time for us!

Our driver was the best he was knowledgeable and so kind.He even gave me the shoes off his feet once mine got wet.Words cannot express how amazing he was.The insight he provided taught us so much about the culture.The food was delicious and had so many option with me being vegan.Everything was a 10/10

Yan was the most amazing driver and tour guide. He provided us with lots of information throughout the tour and made sure that we were well accommodated. He was truly amazing and so kind. The overall experience was well worth every $1 spent. The entire day was beyond enjoyable and so much fun. I would recommend this tour to others and I would even book again in the future if i come back to Bali! Truly amazing, memorable and worth it! I’d give it 10 stars if i could! Thank you so much for adding such good memories to my trip!!!!! Cretya was absolutely breathtaking. The coffee tasting was delicious with so many options. The temple was beautiful and Yan gave us so much information about the temple and Bali’s culture. Truly everything was 10/10.

GUNA was an amazing host - he accommodated all of our needs and made everything easy and stress free. It was so nice (and much cheaper) to visit Cretya with this tour - going first thing before it got too busy allowed us to enjoy it. The temple was the best part of the day - GUNA was ver my knowledgeable about the culture and gave us all the information we needed to be respectful and follow the ceremony. The lunch was tasty and coffee tasting was delicious. Ending the day at the waterfall was beautiful - perfect day in Bali.

We had a lovely time with Yan, and would book a tour with him again! Lunch and the tea and coffee tasting were lovely and the waterfall trip was worth the whole day alone - it’s gorgeous!
As a side note, we wouldn’t recommend Cretya as a place to go full stop (although the benefit of doing it on this tour is that the ticket’s included and you don’t have to pay more on top if you don’t want to!) - it’s insanely expensive (very uncomfortably so given the price of things everywhere else), not worth the prices and full of people (/influencer wannabes) taking pictures of everything at every point 😂

The infinity pool looks cool but no real lockers, no where to sit, and to "rent" a place to sit it's upwards of $100 usd.... This is a pass….! Don’t waste you precious time in Bali on the “Infinity Pool” …Absolutely a waste of time. We stayed for a cocktails which we did get to sit at the bar and drink but left directly after. Not recommended, At all.
Our driver Komang Suardana was AMAZING!
He saved the trip by taking us to local spots that were enjoyable. The lunch provided was average. Nice location. The hidden waterfall was amazing and recommended but you can do that with a private driver.

Such a great day with an even greater tour guide! To begin, Yan was very responsive and communicative before the tour and gave us all the information beforehand on WhatsApp. On the day of the tour, he picked us up at 8am and actually arrived early despite the Bali traffic! We drove out to Cretya first and Yan didn’t just drop us off but he took us in and showed us around to ensure we didn’t miss anything and also helped us to negotiate a table in the restaurant. He didn’t leave until he was sure we were comfortable and had our table. He then picked us up after we were finished in Cretya and drove us to the waterfall. Even though he probably takes tourists out here every other day, he seemed genuinely happy to be showing us around and showing us some waterfalls that were more tucked away and not too touristy! We were so glad to have him. He then drove us to lunch at this restaurant with a beautiful view and we also did a coffee/tea sampling at the same restaurant place which was such a pleasant surprise! So many unique flavours and we ended up purchasing some to take home as well. We were feeling very tired after a long day so we asked Yan if we could go back home and he was more than happy to oblige! It was a long drive back due to traffic but it was so lovely to get to chat to Yan and learn more about Bali and his life and share our own stories too. We had such a great day out so would definitely recommend the tour and Yan as our tour guide! Yan suggested a couple of other tours and activities for us whilst we are here which we are keen to do, purely from his recommendation. If he was hosting them, we would’ve booked within a heart beat! We will definitely be recommending this tour to others and hope we can go on another tour with Yan when we return to Bali one day :)

J’ai été avec un formidable guide touristique Guna il a pris le temps nécessaire pour me faire découvrir toute la culture balinaise et est doté d’un grand savoir sur les us et coutumes. Il est hyper friendly et s’assure que notre excursion de déroule à merveille. Je le recommande plus qu’une fois et mérite mieux que 5 étoiles ;) merci pour tout, je recommande !!!
