Hi Prue, Thank you for share the review on this. When you book this arrival service, you never provide a schedule of flight arrival numbers and drop off hotel details. We have asked this 2 times through the booking system or email and there is no answer. Suddenly you call, have arrived at the airport, ask to be picked up soon and don't want to wait 30 minutes and ask for a refund. If you provide flight arrival details and hotel details correctly,there is nothing like this will happen. Sorry to hear about this incident. Thank you Regard Adie

Driver was punctual and waiting outside in arrivals. Spoke excellent English. Only issue was booking as I had a choice of area which had nothing to do with the terminal #s. Wish it was clearer at booking. Happy to pay the supplement as it was communicated clearly and in advance.

Really nice driver. When we got to the airport we couldn’t find our name on the sign, but we just went to the information booth and they called the driver and he met us right away to take us to our hotel.

Hi Thank you for sharing your experience when you landed at Bali Arrival International Airport. Our airport is currently undergoing an increase in renovation which makes travellers need special attention to see the name tag,because the pick up area is devided on the left and right sides. The flight information booth is the right choice to call your driver.

We were late 3 hours waiting in custom lines and was worried the whole time that our driver would leave. Didn’t have cellular service because you had to pass customs before you could get a SIM card for your phone. To our surprise the driver was waiting with a sign with our name on it. Excellent!

oIt took ages to get our bags and to get through customs and I was a bit worried that he would not wait for me, However he was waiting for me with my name on a bit of paper so we could identify each each. Would definitely use again, really friendly guy
