Know What You Are Booking: Driver, Not Tour Guide

I chose the $55 option instead of the $130 option, and I got what I paid for: a driver, not a tour guide. If you are looking for transportation only from Kuta Beach, this may be a reasonable value, 3/5 rating. The person you pay on Viator and the driver, are different people which presents another challenge. Before your trip, know your itinerary and the exact order you want to visit each location. Make sure they follow the itinerary you created. In my case, the driver changed my itinerary without my consent. Instead of taking me to Sidemen Rice Terrace, Sidemen Swing, and Gembleng Waterfall as requested, he took me to Tegallalang Rice Terrace and the Bali Swing because he decided those locations made more sense. My original route was intentionally planned to be more geographically efficient, so changing it actually added unnecessary driving time.

We are two different people: I am the administrator working in the office to ensure the safety and comfort of my guests on their trips, and the other is on duty in the field as a driver and tour guide. Therefore, we are two different people. One monitors from the office, and the other is the driver. If my driver does not fulfill your request, you can report the issue directly through the company contact at that time, and we will be sure to follow up on your concerns.
