This was a highly organized and first rate trip from the hotel pick up onwards. The ship was very clean . The staff were very nice. The food was very good. The band played well. The cabaret was very entertaining and funny. There are other dinner cruises offered that are not as good.

Food given was cold. It was given as if we have not paid for it.The hotel was more interested in serving guest who would give them big money. I don't recommend it.

It is rather disappointing to read the above comments made by your client. Our menu consists of a verity of dishes, some served cold and others hot. We had a look at the feedback we received from other guests travelling on the same evening, the comments we received were all “good/excellent” for all aspects of the cruise including dinner and service from our staff. We are constantly striving to improve our products and service on all levels, with the introduction of a maître d on Sunset Dinner Cruise we have only received raving reviews for our friendly service. The above comments seems very inconsistent with the general feedback we receive from other guests joining our Sunset Dinner Cruise.

This trip was a dissappointment. The food was good. Entertainment was unpalatable. The dansing indonesian girls were grait, and we hoped that they'd continue, but there were some other artists singing with bad sound recording. Unfortunately it was rainy evening, so we couldn't see the sunset.

cruise was ok i felt a bit bored after a while. the food i didnt find was grand, but was edible.

This was a really enjoyable evening we started off by having pre cruise cocktails while we waited for everyone to arrive. We were fortunate because although it was busy it was nt a full cruise so we had room to move once on the boat. It was a good mix of people, from young to old. We were offered drinks from the bar which were paid for separately then we went out to sea a little off shore to watch the sunset and returned back to the mouth of the port to have our evening buffet meal which was inside and you had seating at tables. The food was plentiful and of a high standard although unfortunately there was nt enough sweets to go round with some people having several but there was fruit available There was a group that came onto the small stage to entertain us while we eat, then the cabaret acts came on, they were amazing. You do have to be open minded to go but it really is a lovely evening. Some children did go with their parents

I was expecting some Bali related cultural experience, and this was something completely different. Pick-up was quite late due to traffic, food was ok, and the program might be ok depending on what you expect...I would not do again, that is for sure.

The food was great with heaps of selections, both vegetarian and carnivorous. The band was great, pumping out good classic covers with a show at the end of cultural and not so cultural dancing. Met some fun people and had a wonderful time.

A note delivered to our hotel to advise pick up times. Very nice late model air-conditioned van collected us from our hotel.
Live music and a drink in lovely gardens harbourside before boarding.

Drink orders taken and delivered as we seat ourselves on the sundeck then the harbour cruise gets underway. With other activities on the harbour there's other chances for some great photos. The band plays a heap of popular standards like Wish you were here and then into Brown eyed girl and then a couple of Chinese pop songs that gets the Chinese passengers very excited, next another versatility flip into some Indian pop songs.Wow.
Dinner is served and we move down from the sundeck into a large dining room. Dinner is buffet style with a range of choices, followed by coffee or tea and some lovely little cakes, slices and tarts for dessert.
After dinner is cleared the show starts with Kecak dancers, three beautiful girls performing traditional Balinese dance.
Next is a pretty full on cabaret show with a mix or ultramodern girl pop numbers then some cabaret style show numbers. Totally professional and very very entertaining.
This was way better than I was expecting, having done these dinner style cruises in Adelaide, Sydney, Hong Kong and New Orleans. This one was the best.

buffet was excellent. Good selection and excellent quality. Pickup was on time. Cocktail on arrival was not a cocktail but a fruit drink and canopes offered was in fact one tiny piece of toast cracker with topping. So canope singular. The show was B grade and overall I feel the price of 80aus per person was too much.

The Bali Hai Sunset Dinner Cruise was so enjoyable! From the time we were picked up at our hotel, to the welcome drink, to the sunset views, the food selection, great service, and fabulous entertainment - from beginning to end, this dinner cruise was a wonderful experience!!! The food and the entertainment were the two most unexpected joys. There was so much to choose from at the dinner/desert buffet that we couldn't possibly try everything. Great! Also, the entertainment was so fun! We expected traditional Bali dancing, which would have been enjoyable. They started off with a traditional dance, then moved on to more modern songs and dance routines. Everyone on the boat seemed to enjoy the entertainment. Best dinner cruise I've been on. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Bali.

Would not recommend to spend time and money on this excursion. It was mediocre at best. Food was just okay, entertainment was extremely loud for the small enclosed quarters. Vessel was older. Not worth what we paid.

Food was great the buffet but the welcome drink and canapes you cannot eat rubbery and powdered OJ was way too sweet and chemical tasting. We were separated from the vegetarian group and made to leave the room. The vegetarian seating arrangement was cozier. The gay impersonation show was not appropriate for young kids

Bali was BEAUTIFUL! The sun was shining every day. It did rain 3 times over the 2 weeks I was there but it was for less than 30 minutes. The food was great, my hotel was lovely and I loved the beaches!

Great Dinner Cruise.
Lovely views and good food on board. Very romantic for couples. However, many families or tourist groups come on board. They can get noisy and mar the experience a bit for other tourists. It happened to us as well. Nevertheless, the yatch has three decks so those looking for a quiet place can change decks.
Live music and dance performances are great. Its a must try for those lloking for a romantic getway in Bali!

We really enjoyed our dinner cruise, transfers were smooth and on time. Band playing as we boarded set the atmosphere for a great night. The food was nice, good buffet choice and the entertainment on board was fun.
It was lovely being out on the water at night and looking back at the lights on land.

So entertaining. The view, the drink service, the photographer was on point. The cabaret show was the best. They had us moving with the entertainers, the DJ had us wanting to dance all over the boat. The some of the food was really delicious. I don't eat meat but the variety of dishes definitely covered me. The singers and the performers from the show worked hard and I take my hat of to them. Good Job

The cruise was pleasant and had a great sunset over Bali Bay. The food was good and plenty of it. The caberet show was entertaining. The air conditioning didn't cut it in the main deck which made for a sticky time due to the eppresive humidity.
