    After collecting your luggage, please kindly walking to arrival hall where your friendly driver will be waiting for you there by hold the sign written your name on it. We will pick you up from Bali airport but airport has their meeting point where the drivers will meet & greet their customers that is arrival hall. The access area for the drivers to meet & greet their guests are just until arrival hall. Drivers will hold the sign written their guest's name at arrival hall. All travelers are allowed to enter their own drop off location as long as located in Ubud area or mentioned covered area. Please make sure your phone are active and able to take call, or connect your phone to wifi which is free in Bali Airport and have WhatsApp application installed, this will make it easier for us to contact you and you contact us in case you need any information.
