Got Switched to regular ghost tour

My family and another group who had booked this tour were switched without notice to their regular ghost tour. We found out when the tour guide arrived and said we were all on his list of participants. He had no idea either. I imagine due to being late in holiday season and low sign up, but advance notice would have been nice. His tour was very good.

Occasionally, due to low attendance late in the season, we have to consolidate tours, but that should always be communicated clearly in advance. It’s outside dress accordingly. Be ready for a ton of Savannah history. Adam was pleasant and had a fun way of telling the history of some of the goats of Savannah.

Awful experience your guide never showed up. 13 people waited on this person. One man called Viator to find out what happened. She told him at first she would check on the guide. Then he called back and she said there were no reservations and hung up on him. 15 minutes later I was emailed I’d get a refund…?Read reviews. This has happened with this tour guide and tour before.

Interesting stories, the walking distance was not far, and I definitely recommend a night time tour for the better ambience. I have spent quite a bit of time in that area for work and will definitely look for the stops as I visit the area again.
