Pickup or drop-off outside the standard service area may require advance confirmation and additional charges. For Sapporo pickup, please provide the exact hotel name, building name, full pickup address, entrance details, pickup time, passenger count, luggage count, ski or snowboard gear if any, and a reachable phone number or WhatsApp after booking. For Niseko pickup, please provide the exact hotel, apartment, lodge, chalet, or meeting point name, full address, entrance details, pickup time, passenger count, luggage count, ski or snowboard gear if any, and reachable phone number or WhatsApp. For hotel pickup, please wait in the hotel lobby or at the main entrance at the scheduled pickup time. For apartments, lodges, chalets, or private accommodations, please wait at the main building entrance unless another meeting point is confirmed. The driver will wait up to 30 minutes free of charge from the scheduled pickup time. Waiting beyond 30 minutes or transfer delay caused by passenger lateness may require an extra fee. Please keep your phone or WhatsApp reachable on the service day. If pickup information is incorrect, incomplete, outside the service area, or we cannot contact you, the transfer may not be provided as scheduled.
