If this happens, the tour guide has the right to shorten the time at the attractions. Please be aware.
Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given

Avoid this tour! Terrible and Discriminatory Guide

Do NOT do this tour!! Do not recommend Trevopedia Wonders they only want Chinese guests and the guide Tomo was very racist towards us as we were not Chinese the tour is advertised as English and Chinese. Very rude and seeking refund as we waited outside bus 30min prior to departure in -4deg as she would not let us on the bus and she was not expecting “English” and kept waving us on each time she come back to the bus with more guests! Only once she rung to ask where we where (to her suprise the people who where trying to get on the bus) she invited us and said again she didn’t think there would be “English” on to which there was only one spare seat and two of us to which the guide did nothing and made us feel very uncomfortable and discriminated. Have traveled all over Japan and this was worst experience - avoid at all cost!
