Bruno was prompt arriving at the hotel. The vehicle immaculate. He was a safe and personable guide. Despite the weather we had an amazing day - he altered our route to allow us to see sites initially under fog. He was very knowledgeable about the history, culture and current happenings of Sao Miguel. He was courteous and attentive to our needs. The restaurant chosen for lunch by the Basal Tour Company met our dietary preferences. We had a wonderful day topped off with a bonus location at a magnificent waterfall. I definitely recommend Bruno and Basal Tours for anyone wanting an authentic tour of this beautiful island!
