We had an incredible experience with Miguel and Carina on this sunset cruise. They were both personable and knowledgeable, and went over and above to ensure that each of us enjoyed the cruise. The wine and food were plentiful and the scenery was spectacular. We highly recommend booking this cruise while in Ponta Delgada.

We had the BEST time on our sunset sailing tour with Miguel and Carina! My husband and I absolutely loved every minute of it. They were both so friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel really special and personal.
Miguel was an amazing captain, and Carina was so attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the entire trip. The views were incredible, but honestly, having such a great crew made the experience even better. Watching the sunset from the water was one of our favorite parts of our trip to the Azores.
This was an amazing experience! Raul & Pedro were so much fun!! We swam, chatted, saw dolphins & the sunset as it was a clear day. Recommend the private tour as it is laid back & had more flexibility with only my sister-in-law & myself plus we got some great recommendations for our final days on Sao Miguel.
After a rocky start we had a great time on this tour. (When we showed up initially for our tour, even with my ticket from Viator, they didn’t have our reservation….luckily we were able to be scheduled the following night). I would recommend contacting Sail4Sailing directly to confirm your tour just in case there is a lack of communication between them and Viator.
Once we were out at sea it was so lovely. It was a large sailboat. We had unlimited wine, beer, etc. it was beautiful and relaxing. They served us a huge spread of food, including lots of local things which were so cool (and delicious). Our guides, Miguel and Carina (? Not sure, sorry!?) were WONDERFUL! So friendly and helpful! The best part was seeing a pod of dolphins. The guides saw how excited we were and kept us hanging around that area for over and hour. It was the best part!!! Would highly recommend this tour!

Our private sail (4 adults) with Miguel & Ernie was very relaxing. We enjoyed a calm ocean, clear sky & beautiful sunset. The appetizers & drinks were a nice touch & delicious. This was a casual social sail, not a history lesson packed excursion which suited us perfectly.
My husband and I went out for a sail for our wedding anniversary, and even though the waters were choppy and definitely effected our overall experience, our guides were SO sweet, helpful, patient, thoughtful and friendly and we really appreciated the local spread they put out for us and the views we were able to see, including Ponta Delgada at night when we pulled in. Would absolutely do this again (preferably on a less windy day 😂) and highly recommend it.

Sunset Sailing the south shore of Sao Miguel with Sail4Sailing was an unforgettable experience. Communication up to meeting them at the marina was great.
Vasco and Mora were wonderful hosts. The views of Ponta Delgada, Sao Roque, Lagoa and Villa Franca from their 39 foot sailboat were spectacular. Food and wine was delicious, local and plentiful and the dolphins swimming along side the boat were a bonus!! Obrigada Sail4Sailing.

Had the greatest cruise with Miguel and Corina. They let us captain the boat while sailing and taught us the ropes. Dinner was great. We will be back.
I surprised my boyfriend with this trip for his birthday, and it was an absolute hit! From the moment we set sail, Miguel and Carina made sure we had an unforgettable experience. We saw a whole pod of dolphins playing in the water, it was incredible! The food and wine onboard were delicious, the perfect complement to the beautiful scenery. We even capped it all off with a refreshing swim before the sunset. This was definitely the best experience we've had on the island so far. Thank you again, Miguel and Carina, for making my boyfriend's birthday so special!

This was a wonderful experience. Our captain and host were lovely. We had a spectacular sunset. I would recommend this trip!
The hosts were amazing, the boat is very clean. We are so happy we did this experience, seeing the island from the water was beautiful. The appetizers were perfect! This is a must do on the island of Sao Miguel!

We got a little unlucky with the sunset, but our guides made a delicious charcuterie board and we had memorable trip. We sailed with hundreds of dolphins jumping at the bow if the boat. I would highly recommend this trip.
