- The local supplier only uses electric bikes as they allow you to climb a steep hill without having to exert too much energy. They provide an effortless and pleasant experience. You will travel Moderate, flat , mostly off-roads and backroads route, is suitable for all experience levels, we avoid the traffic and crowded places, the tour lasts for around 3 hours
- This tour is suitable for anyone aged 16 and over. Important is to know how to ride a regular bicycle
- There is a maximum weight limit of 100 kilograms (220 pounds) and a minimum height requirement of 160 centimeters (5.2feet)

We had an excellent time on this e-bike tour with our friendly, funny, helpful guide, Pavlos. He gave us excellent instruction and preparation and showed us many scenic sites throughout Santorini while sharing the accompanying history. When one of our group member’s tires went flat he was able to repair the issue and get us going again very quickly and was very attentive to the group’s needs as a whole and individually. This was a lovely way to get around and see/learn about the area. The electric component of the bikes, and Pavlos as our trusted guide, made it easy!

Not many people think of biking in Santorini but we wanted something active with our 3 teenagers away from busy area. The experience was great! Just what we were looking for and boy did we experience beautiful views of the caldera etc.
Fun experience on ebikes! Alex was a great guide and kept us feeling safe and informed. Exactly who you would want to trust for this experience!

We had the best time with Pavlos! We chose the e-scooters, which can feel a little intimidating at first if you’ve never ridden one before, but they let us do a test run to get comfortable before heading out.
The ride itself was mostly pretty flat and easy to navigate, with maybe 20% being a little rougher terrain. It ended up being such a beautiful and fun way to see the island. Plus, we got some amazing pictures because Pavlos is also a great photographer!
Would definitely recommend this activity, especially if it’s your first time visiting the island like us.

What a fun time with Pavlo! He was well informed about all the locations we went to. Always felt safe riding the mountain bikes and the E bike was nice for uphill and the little tougher terrain! Highly recommend this experience!!

After a 35 minutes shuttle ride from the port, we arrived at a rocky field in the middle of nowhere. We were introduced to our guide for the E-Mountain Bike Tour, Pablo. We got a 20 minute or so intro and a short test drive and set out on our adventure. Lots of narrow paths, some road, some sidewalk through town and country. From Black beach to the Volcanic Caldera via the town of Megalochori. A quick snack with a wine tasting. Pablo knew his way around and insured our safety with hand signals. This is great way to get to see the island and its amazing history and get some exercise in the mix. The bikes are e-assisted so never really had hard exertion. Be prepared for dust and dirty shoes.

The activity is somewhat physically demanding but I'm over 60 and had no issues. This was possibly the most fun excursion we've ever done. Our guide Adonis was informative and charming and made it the perfect activity. We saw parts of Santorini that we would have never experienced of we had not gone on this tour. A definite 10 out of 10!!

WARNING to average bike riders: this is a trip more suited to active outdoor mountain bikers. My family and I had to cancel this trip and negotiate to receive half back for the trip because I failed the bike riding test and my girls had trouble braking properly. We have been on multiple bike tours in many countries both in cities like Chicago and mountain bike riding like in Tahoe and we've never to go through a bike test or had any trouble on a tour ever. We were told that the bike tour avoided the main roads (which is nice because there are many cars, twisty turns, and narrow roads in Santorini) and instead we would be riding on dirt/gravel and hills (both fine with us). However, the guide (who was very nice) told us there would be points where we would have to follow him exactly down a narrow path and that we would need to brake quickly and maneuver to avoid people and cars under hill conditions. I just re-read the activity description and that is not conveyed there. I'm sure the sights are phenomenal and the trip outstanding, but just to avoid disappointment for those who are only average riders, please take the requirements for this tour under consideration before booking. Two stars instead of one only because our guide was super nice and friendly.

As you mentioned, safety is our top priority, which is why we include a short test ride before each tour — especially since our route involves off-road terrain, as clearly stated in the tour description.
Unfortunately, during the test ride, you were unable to operate the e-bike safely, even after a second attempt. While the rest of your family passed the test, you collectively decided not to join the tour, and we fully respected that without any pressure.
Although our cancellation policy typically allows for a 50% refund per person, we went a step further and refunded 50% of the full booking as a gesture of goodwill.
Many of our guests — even without prior e-bike experience — have completed this tour without any issues. Our guide also did their best to support and assist you with patience and kindness, which we truly appreciate you acknowledging.
For all these reasons, we were a bit surprised to receive a 2-star rating, especially considering the care, flexibility, and effort we made to ensure your safety and offer a fair solution for an excursion that, in the end, you did not participate in.

Great experience, tour included many trails that you would not see on other tours. Bikes were in good condition and easy to ride. Safety precautions were thoroughly reviewed and followed. Nathan was an excellent guide, very knowledgeable, took excellent photos along the way and made the tour lots fun.

Worth the views and seeing less well known parts of Santorini! Guides were all amazing. They’re a very thoughtful and well-run company! If you do the e-bikes, you should be comfortable on a bike! This is not the type of ride to be re-learn riding. It’s an epic loop, but definitely only recommend if you’re comfortable cycling!

It was one of the best ebike rides I have had. The guys made sure we were safe from traffic. We went to some amazing sites with great views. We also did a lot of off road riding which was a lot of fun. We covered a lot territory.

I love electric bikes! The crew was awesome, pleasant and upbeat. Saw some great places. Highly recommend if visiting and want to get some exercise as well.

Alex was a great guide - the most knowledgeable one that we had on our Santorini excursions. He kept the group together extremely well. The ebikes were type 1 and well-powered for the hills we had to go up. Riding through the narrow alleyways in the towns was a treat and a challenge. Stops were well thought out and chosen for their scenic beauty. He's quite a good photographer, as well! We never felt in danger as the paths taken were lightly traveled or not used by cars. With Alex as your tour guide, you can't go wrong. We give this trip our highest recommendation.

Loved this bike tour! It was a great way to spend a morning exploring the side streets of Santorini. We saw places we would not have seen on a driving tour or exploring on our own. You get to cover a lot of ground on a bike. Alex was an amazing tour guide! Loved him! The bikes are easy to use and the instructions easy to follow. Even though these are e-bikes you will still get a workout. I would 100% recommend this tour.

Alex from Columbia, our guide, was amazing! He provided very detailed and interesting historical info as we biked through the beautiful southern part of Santorini. The variety of scenery that we biked through was a pleasant surprise and the midway stop at a quaint cafe providing delicious refreshments was perfect!

Alex was an outstanding guide; he was very knowledgeable and flexible (and fixed a flat tire in about 30 sec.). We saw small villlages and countryside on the south end of the island. The tour is almost entirely on quiet dirt roads and side streets. We hardly saw another tourist (this is the opposite end of the island from Oía). Bikes are good quality and you don’t need to be particularly fit to use them. Overall we loved this tour and strongly recommend it if you want to see more of Santorini that the Instagram-famous views in Oía.
We booked the tour letting the operator know that we were arriving around 9am on a cruise ship. My only complaint is that the operator contacted us two days before our arrival let us know that if weren’t at the pick-up location (near the top of the cable car) by 8:45 am we would need to find our own way to the start of the tour (about 15km away). Fortunately we were able to get the first tender from our ship and get up the cable car in time, but others might not be so lucky. So, beware if you are coming from a cruise ship that there is not a lot flexibility with this operator.

We had an amazing time with Alex on the e-bikes. They provided an orientation with the bikes, to make sure everyone was comfortable. We were able to visit parts of santorini that we would probably otherwise have missed. Alex was very knowledgeable about the area and adjusted well to the groups ability level. Though no experience is required, having some mountain biking experience is helpful. A must do when visiting!
