The booking was a little strange- it didn’t allow you to put a time, and the pick up locations were only some San Sebastián hotels. I messaged them and they changed pick up spot to our air bnb and took the time. I was worried how it would go. The driver showed up at 11am very friendly and courteous. The van was spacious and air conditioned. The trip took 2 hours. Being from the US Northeast, I thought his driving was great- fast and efficient. I would see some people being a little uncomfortable with it. Alas, we made it quickly and in one piece and were very happy with this accommodation.
