Your timely pick-up is important to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests. Please be ready at the main entrance of your designated pick-up location at the relative pick-up time. Your driver will wait up to 5 minutes before proceeding to the next location. If you miss your pick-up, you will be responsible for making your own way to the tour site to join the experience. We recommend planning ahead and being ready a few minutes early to avoid missing the adventure! Travelers staying outside of San Juan must arrive at the Caribe Hilton for their transportation service!

This tour was a great experience from start to finish!! Our arranged transport was organized and efficient. As soon as we got to the marina, we were impressed with East Isle Excursions! Everyone was super nice. Our captain and crew (Daniel -sorry if I spelled it incorrectly!, Manny, and Jonathan) were fantastic! They were so lovely to chat with, and they prepared an excellent lunch and delicious (and plentiful!) drinks. I would highly recommend this tour! It was a beautiful way to experience the island! Thank you for making our first visit to Puerto Rico a memorable one!

Fantastic catamaran excursion to Icacos Island! They couldn’t go the first day, but rebooked us for the next, which worked out perfectly — we saw dolphins and two manatees! The excursion was well organized, the crew was fun and friendly, and the whole experience was unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Everything from start to finish was professionally handled and stress free. Great for travelers who didn’t rent a car. They came to our hotel and were on time. Checking in at the marina went smoothly. The staff on the boat were great. The food was great. The boat was great. The snorkeling was great. We saw a sting ray and probably around 20 different types of fish. The first part of the trip is docking at the beach. I recommend snorkeling there too because I saw several types of fish there as well. Highly recommend this tour!

Really fun half day highly recommend. Trip was well organized, staff were lovely. I would like it if they had told guests to be careful to not kick or touch the coral or bother the wildlife and to be careful about their trash and not leave anything on the beach, but everybody was very well behaved.
The amount of time allotted for snorkeling and beach and lunch was really perfect.
The marina the boat left from was lovelyand we had time to get a great coffee and snack snacks. This trip was definitely a highlight of our time in the San Juan area.

Had a great time! The crew was professional, fun, and knowledgeable. The snorkeling was ok but the beaches on Icaocos island were incredible. Keep in mind the tour is 4 hours but getting to and from the island takes 20-30 minutes each way so the time for snorkeling and swimming is only about 3 hours. Also if you are getting picked up from San Juan it is an extra 90 minutes on either side of the excursion. Overall it was a fun excursion on a really nice boat with a great crew. We would definitely use East Island tours again if we return to Puerto Rico.

I had a great time on this excursion. Damien, Geraldo & Luis were great & took good care of us the whole time. It was unlimited drinks & a nice lunch, got to snorkel and see the reefs & also swim & tan. Also because we were staying in Carolina it was great that transportation was included, 10/10 would recommend!

This couldnt have been a better experience. Best way to spend the last day in PR. The crew made it ESPECIALLY great. We had Luis, Jason, and Neff as our crew and they were amazing. They made sure we stayed safe but also made sure our drinks were never empty. We did the morning trip and it was perfect, an extra hour wouldve been nice but regardless, we had the best time. If youre in PR and want a great experience, book this one.

I’m a solo traveler and booked this excursion, the guy on the phone called me at the last minute at the end of the day to tell me there aren’t enough ppl doing transportation so they didn’t want to pick me up, he said he can switch it to another day knowing there still wasn’t enough confirmed people and held my fkn money for two days! Ruined my entire trip. Don’t book with them if you don’t have 9 or more ppl going with you.

We’re sorry to hear you feel this way, but let’s clear a few things up. As stated clearly in our tour description and all confirmation emails, we require a minimum number of participants in order to operate tours with transportation—this is standard practice across the industry. You were contacted in advance, not at the "last minute," and offered a reschedule option as a courtesy, even though we were still waiting on additional participants to meet the minimum.
At no point did we require you to have 9 or more people—we simply asked for your patience while we tried to accommodate a solo reservation in a group tour (which is clearly advertised as group-based). While we understand your frustration, holding a spot and offering a reschedule is very different from “ruining a trip.”
We always recommend reading the full tour details and reaching out with any questions before booking—we’re here to help, not to ruin vacations. Wishing you better planning (and better vibes) for your next adventure. 💫

Great trip. First beach was small, but helping with drinks in the waves was very nice. Snorkeling was nice. Saw fish, coral, and an ell. Drinks and lunch was great. Note a long walk from the boat to the pickup. Great transportation from San Juan to the boat.

This was an unforgettable experience. I originally had a half day ticket but was upgraded a day before to the full day, all inclusive trip. The crew (Christian, Conrado and Celix (I forgot the captains name, sorry!)) were all extremely attentive, very focused on safety, and very knowledgeable about the islands, the coral reef etc. The ride is bumpy but fun, and nothing a little rum can’t make better! Definitely will be doing this again next time we are in PR. Thank you!
