Great day, would do again!

The guide, driver, and guitarist were great! I learned a ton about the city and the double decker bus ride was a little thrilling—-an extra perk! 😂 There’s only a couple things I would note—-we didn’t know until the end that a separate shuttle was going to bring us back to our hotel (not a big deal). We also didn’t spend more than 15-20 minutes in the Central Market (understandable with the schedule, but disappointing nonetheless) and were ushered into a very specific vendor stall. It was clear they had an arrangement and although the souvenirs were nice, we could find the same at the hotel and airport gift shops for a similar price. It would have been nice to wander a little more and be able to purchase from other vendors. Lastly, lunch was included and was pretty good, despite it being a bubble tea house. All in all, it was a great way to spend the day. The museums and sights were beautiful and the guide provided a wealth of history. I would definitely recommend the tour to anyone! Thanks again for a great day!

I recommend this tour. The guide spoke English and Spanish; however his English was difficult to understand at times as he spoke very fast-he seemed very rushed. We saw some interesting sites and the trip length was perfect with just the right number of stops.

Everything was excellent. Guide, driver, lunch, historical info, gold museum, national monument. I would highly recommend this tour to acclimate oneself to the highlights of San Jose.

The pick IP was 30 minutes late (however apologetic call was received in the hotel citing traffic and larger group pax to be collected). The tour has hardly 10 pax. The bus broke down and kept for one hour waiting until it is fixed. Altogether out of 3 hour scheduled tour, 1.5 hours were lost. Yet they completed the tour on time skipping many sites or not giving due time to those visited. Dinner was included. It was arranged in a third class road side restaurant. Frustrating experience.
