Itinerary
Following hotel pickup at your selected departure time, you'll board a glass-bottom boat at the Los Cabos Marina. Savor the scenic views during a ride on the Sea of Cortez en route to the Arch of Cabo San Lucas, aka Land's End. The boat tour takes you around the distinctive rock formations including colonies of sea lions and pelicans.
Make a stop at nearby Pelican Rock where you can immerse in this natural aquarium. Your guide will stay by your side and point out the variety of tropical fish, sea stars, sea cucumbers, urchins, stingrays, seahorses, crabs, and other marine life this spot has to offer. Afterward, you'll receive a CD of digital images and a souvenir snorkel tube to take home.
Then spend free time at the beach and feast on a provided lunch: deli-style baguette, fresh fruit, chips, cookies, and bottled water. Finish with a side trip into the Cabo San Lucas flea market before drop-off at your hotel.

Fun excursion, from start to finish Martin took care of us. Snorkeling was good, boat was clean and our guides did an excellent job. Baguette sandwich lunch was great. Recommend this to anyone who wants to see the Arch area and get a taste of the town.

Snorkeling was a very good experience. The tour guides were awesome. Lot of fish were seen during snorkeling. The place is beautiful. The food provided was great. Music played was also fun.

We had a great time after the initial accident of me falling from the boat hitting my back against the boat and then landing in the water face first.
The snorkeling was great for the 1 1/2 hours we got to snorkel. The excursion was supposed to be 5 hours with lunch. We were taken back into town for tequila tasting and shopping. The excursion said nothing about any of this. We were disappointed about not getting to snorkel more.

The snorkeling was okay for the amount of time we got, but the title of the tour really is a misleading. Most of the "tour" is spent visiting tourist traps and trying to get you to spend money. When we were on the water, instead of having the gear ready to go, Shaggy prepared the gear while we were floating there, which meant that some people didn't get into the water for 10 minutes after we arrived, as he took care of one person at a time. I will say his efforts to get photos in the boat and in the water were great, and we appreciated that very much. His narration of the area was also good. But the reality is you spend so little time actually snorkeling, it really isn't worth the money if that's what you want to do.

At first, I was concerned, as the boat trip was almost the same one we took the day before on the city tour. But the tide and sea were totally different and our captain took a wider route around the harbor. Saw so many fish. They don't call the Sea of Cortez the aquarium of the sea without reason. The snorkel guide and captain were fantastic and very concerned about everyone's safety. I can't recommend Esperanza Tours enough. Good lunches, too! They are a friendly, hardworking family company. Good people to spend time with in Cabo!

Snorkeling tour was wonderful! Lupe was a great tour guide and took great pics of my son underwater. Bonus We even saw whales on our boat ride! Lunch provided was good and appreciated the extra time to tour city alone, with 3 different pick up times given. Will be back!

The boat wasn’t fully glass bottom, very mid leading. The company also picked us up, but refused to drop us off back to our resort because the experience was over so we had to pay for an additional Uber. I don’t recommend doing this experience with this company.

The guide was funny but very informative as well. He fit perfectly with the personality of our group! During the snorkeling I was afraid and he stayed with me and made me feel very safe.

This is a great combo tour for snorkeling and sight seeing. Shaggy and Jonathan were an excellent guide and captain. You will see a lot of fish in very clear water as well as seeing El Arco and the sea lions. Esperanza tour company was great.
I need to mention that Viator had to reschedule this tour after I booked it online. I thought this tour was going to be longer. It stated approximately 5 hours in the description. It was 2 hours from the time I left and came back to the dock.

We got really lucky, no one else signed up for the same tour time slot as we did. It ended up being a private tour for just the two of us.
The water was choppy that day, but we still got a good look at land's end and the other rock formations along the Sea of Cortes as well as the Pacific side. As the tour went on we got to see seals and pelicans fairly close up. We only viewed lovers beach and divorce beach from a distance, but as they were crowded with tourists we were fine staying on our much less crowded boat.
The highlight of the tour was of course the snorkeling. We got to swim side by side with the many fish. Our snorkel guide was great and captured all our fun moments with his GoPro. We got videos and pictures, we've uploaded some of our edited pictures but could not upload any of the really cool videos we received as well.

I was slightly disappointed since this was my third time snorkeling while on vacation. The area covered was very small and there were mini jellyfish all over in the water zapping us. We basically stayed in one place and looked at the few fish. Expected more

At Esperanza's Tours we take seriously the safety of our guests, and the best interest of keeping you in a reduced area was to protect you from the mini jellyfish, unfortunately this affected your overall experience. Mother nature is awesome, but when it comes to jellyfish, we are set on a difficult situation facing out of our control.
Hopefully in your next visit we can accommodate you and have better conditions in the ocean.

It was a great experience with my family. It was my first and my son first time to snorkel. The reason for 3 out of 5 stars because we were suppose to receive the souvenir photos…we did receive a CD. But to come all the way home and open the files from our computer to find out…it was only ONE photo and the photo wasn’t even us!! We are so disappointed! :(

I had the trip to myself which made it very personalized. The snorkeling was more than expected. Saw a sea horse, octopus, blow fish, several eel and lots of beautiful fish. Lunch on lovers beach was great. Highly recommend this excursion!

From the moment we got picked up from our hotel it was a great experience our driver was very friendly and informative showed us around downtown took us to the marina our tour guide on the boat was amazing took us to the best places to snorkel we had an amazing time our driver was there waiting to pick us up took us to a local taco shop had some shopping and drove us back to our hotel couldn’t have a better day!

We booked the earliest snorkeling trip because my sister, who was in Cabo last year, said the wind picks up in the afternoon.
Turns out we were the only two on the boat We had the boat to ourselves! Unreal!
The crew of two was great! Especially, Braulio our water guide and photographer! Well...it came time to eat and we were expecting what was advertised. A nice baguette sandwich. Instead we got a iceberg lettuce salad and water. And that’s all. The salad was fresh. The boat captain was working hard being a tour guide and steering the boat safely and Braulio was so great at doing his job we didn’t bring up the issue while aboard. But on the way back to the hotel we did ask the shuttle driver why we weren’t given our sandwiches and he said “ you were given the breakfast “. We didn’t eat breakfast that morning thinking we’d get a great sandwich after snorkeling. So... they need to tell us that if you book the first snorkeling time slot you’re not getting the food advertised. We don’t know about you but we like sandwiches at all times of the day... and night!

This was an awesome trip. The two guides, Jonathan and Aurelio were very knowledgeable and the tour was wonderful. I got to hold a puffer fish... That alone would make it an unforgettable memory! Even the driver for esperanza's tours was amazing.

Took my niece on this tour for the first time. I had already done this the previous year. Ranks as one of the best snorkeling tour in Cabo. It is worth the price as it includes a dvd of photos of your group holding a puffer fish, starfish or other sea life. I would highly recommend this tour.

The snorkeling was amazing. The guide was great with me as I had never snorkeled before. He took lots of pictures of us. He also went back down on our way back to photograph a school of Manta Rays. All the pictures and a video were put on a dvd and given to us at no cost. We were given 3 options for the ride back to our hotel. I would rate this tour as excellent and will do this again.
