Join us for a unique journey into the heart of Mexican tradition with a boutique tequila masterclass hosted by Jorge Cuervo, a direct descendant of the historic family that shaped the entire industry. Avoid the crowded, mass-tourist commercial tours and discover the true essence of the spirit through a changing, curated selection of 3 distinct tequilas from distinguished independent producers, 1 special reserve poured straight from the barrel, and an authentic agave dessert liquor. To elevate the experience, each pour is perfectly paired with delicious, traditional Mexican petit canapés carefully crafted by Chef Roberto Gallardo. Located in the heart of downtown San Jose del Cabo, this history-rich experience is designed to teach you how to properly taste, appreciate, and select high-quality tequilas on your own.

What makes this experience unique is that the tasting is personally hosted by the owner and producer of the tequila brand. Instead of a standard guided tasting, guests have the rare opportunity to learn directly from the person behind the product. The host will share the story, craftsmanship, and passion behind each tequila, and guests are welcome to ask any questions about the production process, the agave, and the art of tequila making. This direct interaction creates a more authentic, personal, and memorable experience.
